"The hotel is very good, it is large and the room we had was very comfortable. The breakfast was impressive and very rich. We hardly used the facilities because the cost of the Spa was very high and the issue of prices and so on was not very clear. The entrance to the hotel and the parking lot are also not very clear, things that are improved with a couple of signs."

"Excellent hotel with friendly staff, an ideal stop between Santander and Almeria province. Room was spacious and clean as was the bathroom. With the added feature that you had Netflix and Prime video on the room tv. Means you do not have to watch the Spanish version of the Chase 😊 I knocked a star of the rating as we arrived around 3 hoping to get a snack before our evening dinner. We were told they were not serving food until 8pm 🤦♂️ After a long wait, the food was very good with a large portion."

"We stayed on September 8th and the pillows in the room were dirty with blood stains and to leave the parking lot the next day at 2pm they had me holding up calling reception for 15 minutes for them to open so I could get the car out until they opened as I had to go up to reception for them to open... the worker told me that she didn't notice any calls as she was wearing headphones among other things thus neglecting her duty to be aware of calls from the Parking lot... in short, terrible service we will not return to this hotel again"
