I don't recommend it .. as soon as you arrive in the hall there is never anyone and when you go to call at the bar he arrives pissed off, the dated rooms without air conditioning and in fact the next day they took out fans but maybe they were for them .. considering that on June 29 we exceeded 30 degrees. By now the night has passed and I slept badly.

Bar recentemente ristrutturato! Abbiamo provato a far colazione! Non c’è stato nessun miglioramento rispetto al passato! In cassa ti chiedono che tipologia di cornetto hai intenzione di mangiare ( farcito o semplice)! Se ti siedi devi pagare il servizio al tavolo! Al bancone ti fanno comunque aspettare per consumare! Personale in completa confusione e scortese! Non ci siamo proprio!

Poor appetizers only chips and peanuts, anything more is paid separately. There is no menu not even online. We asked for non-alcoholic mojito for 14 year olds, they brought us an alcoholic one. Expensive for what it offers. The only positive aspect is that it is cool. Years ago it was one of the best, I don't know if the management has changed, but today we were very disappointed... too bad!

Ottimo apericena, con cibi particolari e freschissimi ; cocktail davvero buoni. Il personale è gentile e preparato. La location è nuova e volendo si può stare all'aperto in un ambiente piacevole , soprattutto d'estate. Consiglio vivamente Daniela

English: I would like to point out that I am an "expert" traveler and I have at least 60,000 followers and 110 reviews on Tripadvisor, just to ask those who read me not to rely on the gratuitous nastiness written in some previous review, but to blindly trust when I tell you that our holiday at the Hotel Miralago was wonderful, unparalleled... Already from the outside the place appears enchanting in itself, but let's get to the details: a large and bright room, all exquisitely furnished in baroque/neoclassical style, overlooking a lush park with a splendid view of the lake; the interiors and exteriors of the hotel finely cared for in every detail, impeccable cleanliness, friendly staff, very kind and attentive to every need; at the "Donna Vittoria" restaurant, the breakfast buffet is excellent and at lunch and dinner the cuisine of all kinds, from local dishes to delicious meats and desserts; impeccable, fast and attentive service and assistance in the dining room, excellently organized to satisfy even the most demanding palates... on the last evening of our stay we also received as a gift an additional side dish with courgette flowers stuffed with cacio e pepe, a delight!! A heartfelt thank you to all the splendid and exquisite people we met at the hotel, from the reception to the dining room, who with their courtesy, availability and professionalism did the impossible to make our holiday unforgettable... a hug to everyone, with the promise that we will return to the Hotel Miralago as soon as possible!!!
