地點方便，可以走路到市政廳，地標建築，大概十分鐘到路程。周圍餐館不多，停車倒是免費而且車位充足。過路一兩天的話是個不錯的選擇。酒店一樓的星巴克就不推薦了，價格高而去品質非常一般

Stay in the Executive Floor , the lounge closing hour is not as stated, lounge service and front desk is below average.
The fitness center and pool area is closed anytime, you have to call someone to open it. The accessibility is very limited.
Housekeeping service is good.

Some good, some not so good here: • It's a good location, central, and easy access to highway. Parking next door in garage was easy. • The check-in was also easy and the electronic key process actually worked well. • Housekeeping did great job. And they actually do daily room service rather than once per stay, or only on request, which seems less common these days. • Didn't have a ton of other staff interaction, but they were pleasant and tried to be helpful. Seemed a little shortstaffed overall though (who isn't these days!) • The dining options were limited. Tried a couple times to do room service but they rarely answered the phone and we were never able to order. That was a bit frustrating. If you stay here you are better off trying door-dash or similar option. • In general, everything just seems a bit run down here. There was some trash and a spilled drink near elevator on our floor for example that was there for 2+ days and never cleaned up. A few other examples like this. Nothing terribly wrong here, just don't come in with super high expectations and you'll have a pleasant stay.

Whatever you do, find another hotel. AC not functioning. Hotel not upfront about it. Broken fixtures. Steer clear of the hotel-it is clear that they are not concerned with guests’ comfort whatsoever. we were told the first night that we needed to keep shades closed and that’s why rooms were hot. Yeah, sure.

我是希爾頓金卡會員，住過全世界很多希爾頓酒店，這家酒店是我住過的最差希爾頓。在這裏，我經歷了恐怖一天。永遠不會再去住。 我們入住的時候進入我們房間所在的15層時就感覺很熱，一出電梯就看到天花板破損，地面上很多天花板碎屑。入住到房間，裏面的天花板也是倉庫天花板的模樣，很粗製濫造，這根本就不是希爾頓的水準。 緊接着我們感覺我們的房間和酒店商務休息室都很熱，最終我們衹能待在一樓大廳。找到前台要求修理我們房間的空調，前台説工程師會馬上去修理，這時候我遇到的前台人員説是可以幫我換一個房間，我希望還是先修理再看是不是要換房間。 結果到了晚上十點多鐘再上樓去問過一直在屋裡工作的兒子。他説沒有任何人來過修理空調，這時候再給前台打電話，對方説沒有任何一個房間可以換給我們，並再次説會立即派工程師來修理。 二十分鐘之後，有人敲門送來一個風扇，並説自己是清潔工不管修理，我衹好再次致電前台要求修理空調，十分鐘之後，工程師來了，直接告訴我們這個房子的建築有問題，風扇太靠近窗户，所以他本人“不會變魔術”修好空調，然後他走了。 和前台溝通期間，對方一直説會讓經理和我談談，我説我衹要求把空調修好或者換個房間，結果，經理的電話從來沒有打來過，我們在極熱的房間住了一晚。 這真是令人憤怒，這種空調不工作的房間還按照原價收費強迫客人入住，這算什麼希爾頓？而且房間內的清潔工作做得也很差，浴缸裏面留有一些長短毛髮。屋子內散發著尿騷氣味，所有設施都很老舊，還不如三星賓館。 震驚。 這家酒店的管理一塌糊塗，聽説我們入住當天很多樓層都沒有空調了，不知道這是偶然現象還是一直如此，沒有解釋沒有補救措施，這個毫無制度可言的酒店管理層應該被解僱！ 這個酒店不配冠名希爾頓！
