"Ramada Wyndham in Albany is falsely advertising and misrepresenting an old worn out and very shady building. There was no internet for three days and the same stale bread was served in breakfast. There is no lobby or air conditioning in the common areas and a different business runs from the terrace level. Police needs to investigate the operations of this hotel. I had already booked my stay and had no other choice as all hotels in town were sold out for an event. I was totally duped."
