The hotel was not as expected as per the photos , its was all different, old and unkept with no renovations, once we arrived we were so disappointed and the owner was very intimidating and strange and he made us very uncomfortable and scaring , he was pushing and offering us drinks which was already made we were suspicious and declined the drinks and he was very pushy , we were very scared and he refused to compensate us, me and my partner had to take a taxi and booked another hotel which was out of our budget, this experience let me very distress and anxious. I will not recommend this hotel . It’s all lies and fake and deceiving.

A Cozy Getaway with a Few Quirks
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Block C in a wonderful location near the beach. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there, as the bedroom was spacious and beautifully designed. However, there were a few quirks that left us slightly puzzled.
Locating the signage for the establishment proved to be a small challenge, but it added a sense of adventure to our experience.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room left something to be desired. It struggled to keep the temperature comfortably cool, and we often found ourselves feeling a bit hot. It would be great if this aspect could be improved to ensure a more comfortable stay.
Nevertheless, spending evenings on the balcony was a delightfully cozy and relaxed experience. The ambiance was inviting and lent itself to unwinding after a day of exploration. The surrounding garden and environment added to the overall charm, and we truly appreciated the pleasant surroundings.
I highly recommend visiting this place for a minimum stay of 2 to 3 days. Anything less would make the trip feel rushed, as there is so much to explore and enjoy. Despite the minor quirks, our overall experience was enjoyable and memorable. I'm grateful for the opportunity to have stayed here and would gladly return for another visit.

這個酒店的問題是管理問題，酒店很大，路線標識不清晰，我走了30分鐘才幸運的找到房間。並且早餐訊息出錯，停車訊息出錯。這些問題通過管理改善，應該可以收到好的效果的。

12月で夜は冷え込んでいたので、エアコンをつけたところ全く機能せず、代わりに白い氷のようなものが沢山降ってきました。布団もシーツのようなものだけだったのでとても寒かったです。スリッパ等もなかったので、とにかく冷たかったです。朝ごはんはとても美味しかったです。

Very nice hotel and very attentive staff. Boris who helped with entertainment was great and made us all feel welcome. There was a girl who worked with him also but I did not get her name. I came to the hotel last year and I will definitely be returning.

Yoandry amazing beautiful me and my family enjoyed, it was unexpected but really we enjoyed JERUSALEMA , nothing better than that in Algrave .DJ was absolutely very energetic and made evening beautiful, I strongly recommend to book MGM best in EUROPE

Absolutely awful. Terrible from the start. Rooms ate ready from 2 to 5pm. Our room despite arriving ar 11am was not ready until 5pm . But guess what the room was not ready. Beds still there from the last guests bathroom disgusting. See attached photos. Someone arrived to take us to another room at at 5.50pm. Not a better room as stated. Poor response from the manager. I have travelled all over the world. This has to be hand's down the worst service and hotel I have ever gad the displeasure to stay at! You should be ashamed!
