Spacious apar**ent, in a very pleasant place with easy access to Albufeira (by car or transport).
The indoor pool is a bonus at this time of year.
The internet signal is weak and unstable in the apar**ents.

We went for the heated pool but the water temperature was 23 degrees. That is, cold. We told the maintenance man who was doing the measurements twice and he didn't pay any attention to us. In that aspect very bad. Very spacious apar**ent. Relatively close to the center

Great place to stay. I will return for sure. Very close to the city center, Praia dos pescadores, coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets. I recommend without any doubts.

Apar**ents very dated but clean Staff not very helpful or approachable 100 euros refundable deposit per person Which we didn’t know about before booking Very quiet apar**ents with lots of rules of things you can and can’t do !!! 20 mins walk to old town 30 mins walk to marina Shame about the experience we had as I feel these apar**ents could be so nice with the right management , we were 50+ year old ladies celebrating 2 birthdays We feel that this hotel only seems to like couples or families rather than groups !!

7 ladies over a certain age celebrating a big birthday two seperate rooms. . On arrival in the middle of the night they demanded 100 euros each in cash before letting us check in. Initially advised by Easyjet not to pay it as they deemed it excessive. A lot of back and forth between all three parties before finally having to pay it over two hours later.After handing over the cash as no cards were accepted.we were then forced to sign a contract that contained a list of rules and if we broke them we would lose our deposit. Check out was no better. The receptionist did not even acknowledge us but radioed the cleaners to check our rooms before giving us our deposits back. Patronising. Never felt so vulnerable and degraded.. Every staff member was rude. Felt like everything was too much trouble. Never again. They all need a customer service course.

Arrived at 1am with my 6 friends for a relaxing 50th birthday celebration 🎉 VERY DISAPPOINTED to be greeted with a demanding 100 euro cash deposit required for each person refundable at end of holiday. We were only there for 4 days and this took a big chunk of our spending money. There was no flexibility to let us into room to sleep after our flights to discuss with manager in the morning. We contacted easy yet who in the first instance told us not to pay. However after another 3 phone calls they changed and said they could not do anything... Exhausted as it was now 3am we had to draw out cash from A**. From that moment on staff we're not helpful at all and quite rude. We made the most of our holiday and really enjoyed by venturing out every day from the complex due the experience we met on arrival. which is a shame because it could be a lovely place to stay if the managing of the complex changed.

I was very nicely surprised how great the hotel was , friendly and helpful receptionist and we go free upgrade too . Amazing holiday with 12 of our friends and non of us had any issues , actually we r coming back in October again. Cheap taxi to town €4, Th town just love English ppl so it was all great. I would definitely recommended *****
