Good village with great space, enough for four people. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. The only point that not satisfy is neither toothbrush nor slipper were offered. Meanwhile, giving the hotel a appraisal is for sure.

I think there should be thorough cleaning at each guest change. The towels and sheets have many dirty stains. There is little cleaning in the corners of the houses, we always find cobwebs, dead spiders and other animals.
In 7 days, we were told that there would be a change of towels every other day and that did not happen. They only changed towels once, and we had to go to reception to ask for new ones.
We didn't have a carpet at the entrance to our house, which meant we brought dirt from the street inside.
The staff are very helpful and attentive, the pools are wonderful and the location near supermarkets is very good.

The accommodation was very luxurious and comfortable, the view is magnificent and the swimming pool very pleasant with the great bar. Good location.

I booked through third party. Group of 4. We were all charged 50 euro CASH deposits immediately from arrival, pointed to the bank machine. I wasn’t aware of deposits nor how steep they were. Restaurant staff were so lovely, food was actually very nice just very expensive. We spent a hour finding our room along with an elderly couple, place is its own Villiage and has a lot of hills and steps. We paid for double superior balcony room and got bottom floor which was a shame cause it was extra. Our room was invested with wood lice I believe, they were literally everywhere… When we asked about deposits they said it’s to compensate guests with complaints? The walls are paper thin and we heard everything from our neighbours. We asked the couple if they were deposited and they were not, it’s obviously just towards a “group”, so expect it if you are coming here with 3 or more people Bed was very comfy tho!

Just back from this resort. Got there late at night. As soon as I opened the door of our appartment (they called it standard but more sub standard) the smell of sewerage and old furniture hit us. The kitchen was awful and the fridge looked like it was taken off a skip. The electrics were not good and the fridge overheated on our last night. I asked at the reception to be moved or upgraded to a superior but there was none available. We had to eat out for all meals because I wouldn't make anything in the kitchen. The resort is nice but to present this appartment to a family to stay in is a huge insult. Shame on the owner.

As mentioned by several other reviewers, there is a lot of walking involved at this resort. The map is confusing and roads are not marked for which way to go to find pools or restaurants. Pools were extremely cold and as a result very few people were actually in them. One pools is apparently heated until May. The swim up bar was not open the whole time we were there did not look like it’s ever attended. Room we stayed in was extremely outdated, bed was uncomfortable. Would recommend the pizza at Casa Azul but the food at the Portuguese restaurant was overpriced and not great quality or service. The best part was the proximity to old town where we spent most of our time. Lots of Uber available to take you around to town and beaches.
