Advertised as all inclusive when it wasn’t. Unfriendly staff particularly the very rude older lady in restaurant downstairs, who pretended she didn’t speak any English but then I overheard her speaking English with other guests. Wouldn’t recommend.

The hotel is very good and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet is great and the value for money is very good.
With a pool, gym and spa included in the price, it's great.
I recommend it for a getaway.

The room has a large sanitary area and complete facilities. The breakfast is great. Except for the sound of the mattress, others can be improved. I will come again in the future.

I’m currently staying at this hotel in a premium room and very disappointed.
Bathroom has mould and hotel does not provide any toiletries, drinking water or any tea bags. I have had these even in a three star hotels every where I have stayed so I was shocked to know that this hotel does not provide any of these basics. I’m worried now that will they provide toilette rolls when they finish. lol
Was shocked to learn that Hotel charges for safe usage. That’s just money making scheme and nothing else. I have not checked TV may be that also I need to pay. Hotel charges €25 for kettle and €5 for iron per hour. I have always had these freely provided even by 3 star hotels.
Hotel is about 20 minutes walk from beach and not ideal location unless you like to hike back every day from beach. There is a shuttle but you have to stick to timings and space availability.
Room has air conditioning but controller to control temperature is so outdated that after 2 nights of trying I gave up and just sleeping with open windows now.
There is something wrong with shower drainage as bad smell was coming through it.
Only reason I am giving 1 star because Reception staff was helpful at times when needed, breakfast buffet/staff and cleaner services are good.
Seems management is more interested in squeezing money out every possible way over facilities and customer service.

Fantastic hotel, very comfortable welcoming and friendly. Check in was friendly and informative of the hotel and what it has to offer. Stayed here for three nights with a friend. Bedrooms were clean and very specious, beds so comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, proper bacon and everything well topped up. Very chilled around the pool, Saturday afternoon was chilled vibes with saxophone man. Can not fault this hotel, would definitely rerun.

On arrival we were greeted with smiles and the process was efficiently done and we were in our rooms within 10 minutes of arrival First impressions of the foyer were great All clean and lovely buffed floors I went with my best friend and we wanted separate rooms, I had emailed a request prior to the holiday to be close to each other to which they responded quickly to say they would do their best. We did get rooms next to each other 🙂 The rooms were beautiful, spacious with very comfy beds, a clean and lovely room to be in. We both had large balconies with very modern furniture. The restaurant served a lovely choice of breakfast we were B&B but did have lunch one day and it was really fresh and tasty The bars were fully stocked with premium spirits and beers and both areas clean and well kept The pool is nice not too big tho There was another pool but was having maintenance so it was empty. Although it was June it was relatively quiet there so no problem to get a lounger for the day. The loos at the pool are dingy and a lot of seagull poop on the steps down and on the handrail eww! Around the pool drinks spilt and dirty ashtrays! Shame it doesn’t all get a hose down at night and ashtrays emptied All staff were friendly and smiley Overall a lovely hotel and will definitely stay there again 🙂🙂

Anyone who finds fault with this hotel must be very particular. Completely satisfied. Bus service fantastic. Pools and spa are beautiful. Gardens and outdoor area lovely . Rooms were really clean lovely shower and bathroom. Wish we could of went all inclusive beers and food a bit pricey but overall completely satisfied.

Amazing week away. Beautiful hotel. Lovy staff. Food was amazing. Would definitely recommended . You do need to be able to walk as shuttle times limited but taxis are available.
