I don’t recommend this hotel very much. The rooms are very dirty and the facilities are too old and severely aged. I don’t know what kind of stains are on the pillowcases on the bed. The waiter who called me changed them as if nothing had happened. When I opened the curtains, there were stains all over the floor. The gray and hair are so disgusting, the dark corridors are eerie and weird, the breakfast is terrible and there are very few varieties, and I feel bad living here. The hotel was being renovated every day during my stay, and the swimming pool was closed. The price/performance ratio is super low.

Pillows are getting old and smelly, bedsheets are thinning out, could use some new bedding. A group of young guys came in drunk at 2:30 am and were running and making noise in hallway and on balconies till 4:30 am. Complained to front desk, they would take care of it and same problem again the following night. It seems the hotel was okay with that. I stayed there last year and liked my stay enough to come again, but next year I won’t stay there anymore. The breakfast is good, the location is good.

Thanks to Douglas and Paula for the animations of French boules, table tennis and shuffleboard. I won a cocktail for winning on 2 days. Excellent dancers too!!! The pool was very cold, I think they put ice cubes in it every morning! Aqua in the pool in summer when it warm. Paula plays great music. Thanks.

I really liked this SPA from the first time I went. I've had facial, body and couples massages. EVERYTHING impeccable from the beginning. I like it so much that I have already recommended it to many friends. Everyone who accepted the invitation really enjoyed it and has already returned. Really enjoyed massage given by Kamily. It is great to have such a good spa as weather is cold and I haven't courage to go into outdoor pool. There is lovely indoor pool and sauna. There is fab coffee shop nearby and prices are very reasonable. Kettle in rooms too which was very pleasant surprise

We stayed on 13/4 -20/4, had a great room on the 3rd floor overlooking the main road which was very quiet at night, 10 minutes walk to old town, 5 minutes walk to albufeira terrace shopping mall, fantastic buffet breakfast with a wide variety of fresh tasty food, hotel staff were great and very helpful at all times, looking forward to coming back next year, thank you for a lovely stay.

Arrived at this hotel on Saturday 20th April. Lovely hotel, nice rooms Stayed bed and breakfast and the food was lovely. Lots of choice for breakfast Hotel is very big and clean, staff are very friendly. Weather superb. Plenty of bars and restaurants

Very good hotel. Very clean & good housekeeping in rooms. Good reception. Well located. Quiet rooms. Super food with a choice each night. Nice swimming pool outside & a sauna inside. I would recommend this hotel. Good service at the bars. Nice breakfasts which opens at 7am.

Our days were really good at this hotel, we had time to do everything, we liked the hotel's very pleasant infrastructure, the comfortable rooms, nice indoor pool, there were also exercise classes in the pool, we really liked it, we really liked the friendliness of the entertainment at breakfast, they were always there there to welcome everyone who passed by, always in a good mood.
