Quality Suites Albuquerque Airport

Albuquerque|0.92km from Lobo Village
First, the free airport shuttle that was advertised was not available. After paying for a taxi there, the desk clerk said he couldn't compensate us on our rate or with points, but would talk to his manager...the next Monday. The lobby looked like a warehouse, filled with large boxes for the ”renovation” that shut down the pool and the entire third floor. The best thing we can say is that the key worked. The hallway carpets weren't vacuumed, and when we flipped the switch, the ceiling fan wobbled so badly, we felt unsafe near it. The single TV remote for two TVs had no battery cover and so didn't work well. Not sure how the lampshades came to be stained. The bedding was wrinkled and dirty. Then when the light didn't go on, I went to plug it in, and the outlet right next to the bed had no cover plate, so wires were exposed and must be below code. I went to complain, and all he did was offer me a different room. I went to check it first, and the bedroom lights wouldn't go on. The desk clerk came up with me and had to hunt around, himself, to find the switch. The wall switch did not work at all, which makes me very nervous about the wiring in the hotel. When I asked about the grainy picture on the TV, he said they were ”old”. Then he said the problems were because of the previous owners. My husband asked for a shuttle back to the airport at 9:00 the next morning, and he hedged. We couldn't even arrange for the shuttle the night before when we were making arrangements in person. We noticed that the clerk was wearing headphones, so we wanted to see if he could hear the phone when he wasn't wearing them. I went to talk with him while my husband called from the room. With headphones off, he heard the phone. Shuttle, my eye. As I said, Inept or Dishonest, or likely both. This place is the bottom of the barrel and the business practices are shady.

Hyatt Place Albuquerque Airport

This hotel has everything my family needs or wants! We love the pool, breakfast, the suites, the showers are comfy, and relaxing. The decor is soothing through out, and not obnoxious. Rooms are quiet and beds are clean and comfy. Staff have always held up a high standard of hospitality. I truly feel relaxed during my stay at the Hyatt.
TownePlace Suites Albuquerque Airport

As this is an airport, I only had very modest expectations, but those expectations were certainly exceeded. The front desk staff was very friendly and courteous at both check in and out. There is a small fridge stocked with complimentary bottle water at the lobby. Complimentary cookies are also available. The shuttle driver was also friendly, and the shuttle arrived for airport pickup shortly after I called the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and functional (the only thing slightly odd was the spot-light style lighting around the work desk- but it's just a very minor thing). There is a small fitness center right by the lobby - the machines are in good condition. Like all other Townplace properties, it offers complimentary breakfast; and I thought the quality of the breakfast was above-average. The lobby area feels bright and clean. Overall, this property offers excellent value and convenience.
Fairfield Inn & Suites Albuquerque Airport

The professionalism of the front desk is a little worse than that of other cities' Fairfield, but the others are conventional, clean and tidy, but the breakfast is not so good compared to other Fairfields.

We have stayed at Holiday Inns all over and have never had an experience like this. The first elevator had a water leak and the other elevator was a tiny closet with LED lights that were flickering on and off. The room smelled like mildew, the lights in the bathroom didn’t match each other(cool and warm) and one light was out. The shower had a big moldy spot on the ceiling and some of the floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked. Others felt like they would crack any second as they rocked. The bed was THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE BED I HAVE SLEPT IN! Or not slept in. It felt like we were sleeping on a box spring instead of a mattress, though I confirmed it was indeed a (terrible) mattress. There were no hotel rooms to move to at this hotel or any other because the balloon festival was going on all week. We shortened our stay and left. For the huge amount of money we spent to stay there we should have been sleeping in luxury and cleanliness. Would not recommend this property!

Just got back from a trip to New Mexico that took us to Albuquerque for one night. So glad I booked this hotel and would highly recommend it! Traveling with my Dad, the suite at this hotel was a great (and more affordable) alternative to booking two rooms. There was a door between the main bedroom and a ”living” area with a pullout sofa, so we each had our own space with our own TVs and separate bathrooms. I took the bedroom which I found to be clean and comfortable. Interaction with the front desk staff was especially pleasant. They were genuinely friendly and helpful. Did not try the breakfast because one of my favorite breakfast restaurants, Village Inn, was right next door. Overall, a really enjoyable stay at an exceptional value!
Sleep Inn Albuquerque Airport

This hotel is very good value for money, clean, rooms are quite large, safe, free coffee and cookies, free airport transfers, and only about 3 kilometers away from the airport. Recommended recommended! The hotel staff are very nice and the breakfast is quite nutritious.
