This hotel is an adults- only hotel. The rooms are very good. Breakfast is very diverse. You can choose everything you'd wish for. Diner is excellent. It's like going the a very good restaurant every evening. For lunch you can eat very nice snacks in the bar. The personal is very helpful and friendly. We went with a cycling organization. All the facilities for bicycles are there. A separate building were you can store your bike safely. There is a bike-wash and mechanical assistance if needed. The location is good. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. A bus stop is nearby the hotel. There are a lot of car-rentals nearby. We were very happy with the hotel and will come back without a doubt.

The hotel is very good, rooms are spacious, good sturdy mattresses. the restaurant is exquisite, the food is nicely displayed and there is a wide range of vegetarian food which you can always combine with fish or meat

El Astoria Playa compagina funcionalidad, buen gusto, tranquilidad, atención a los detalles... sin que te claven por ello. Cumplió de sobra mis expectativas, a pesar de los magníficos comentarios que leí cuando lo elegí para una escapada en Alcudia de 4 días. El trato del personal fue excepcional: Pep, Paula, Moustpha...., el bufet de las cenas genial, la piscina cómoda y agradable, la carta de vinos de 10 y la tienda de bicis una pasada. Una buena elección, en un destino que puedes encontrarte de todo. Volveremos.

This hotel is excellent. It is immaculately clean. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I had a medical emergency which reception sorted out for me, for which I am very grateful. We had a deluxe room with Bali bed on the balcony, ours overlooked the pool and entertainment area, although as it was April the entertainment had not started. The room was clean and had everything you need. Some people mention the bathroom being glass walls, but that wasn’t a problem for us. The slight downside was there wasn’t enough room for clothes storage and rather than a large sofa maybe some storage would have been better. The meals at the hotel were lovely with lots of choice. It states gentlemen should wear long trousers, however some were wearing shorts and jeans etc. The bicycle facilities are the best we have come across (and we do a lot) there are on site maintenance guys, water available, locks and electric for batteries. The purchase of a padlock is £2.50 per day if you wish to hang your bike in the specified areas. But there is peace of mind it is safe and secure. Port Alcudia bay is a short stroll with plenty of bars and shops etc. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others, whether it be couples or groups.

All hotel services met my expectations. Quality bed, excellent cuisine, attentive staff. Bike service. I would see some improvement in fixing the door so that the doorstep sound protection works.
