"We stayed as a family of four in a 1 bedroom suite in block 2. The room was great and gave enough space for us as a family, plus the large balcony was in sun from mid afternoon which was great while kids napped and parents got ready for dinner. Great aircon in room!! The entertainment team were absolute standouts and great with the kids (shout out to Maya!), both in the mini club and medal games/evening. We loved the safe aspect of the complex with only two points of entry both through key card operated doors which meant we could relax and the kids could really enjoy themselves All of the staff we met were very friendly and approachable, always with a smile on their face. Its clear this hotel takes care of its staff and they in turn take care of the guests Food was absolutely top quality, the hotel was fully booked while we were there and we still managed reservations in 3 of the A La Cartes. Only slight criticism on this was that we could only book at check in because of limited availability, however when we ate in any of the restaurants they were never more than half full. Likely due to not enough staff working in those restaurants, however at least the hotel didn’t overbook them so the service was still great and food very good. Maybe a point of improvement is having some more serving staff in those restaurants so that they can be filled more to capacity and so that guests can book all 4 during their stay. That being said super minor point! Pools were great, pool bar especially with great cocktails and milkshakes for kids. Football pitch out front when down well with my 5 year old too! Foam party seemed a new concept and was very fun. Staff insisted we took off all shoes (even kids water shoes) before entering, the foam party was on the footy pitch which was hot astro and so my kids feet felt very hot so we didn’t stay for long. Given people were all sorts of shoes normally on the pitch might be a point of improvement to allow shoes for the foam party next time. All in all and amazing holiday and we’ll be sure to book again for next year!"

"Spent 5 nights here for the Ironman. Great Location. Right on the Beautiful Beach in Alcudia. The apartment was basic but clean. Beds and Sofa bed was comfy. Parking was out on the Main Road, at the back of the Building for free. There is also lots of free parking within a 10 minute walk. All the staff were Friendly. Check in was computorised and a bit slow at 11.00 at night, probably mostly down to me! Lots of nice Resturants and Bars nearby. Didnt suffer with any noise, but we were out of Season. Pool and Pool area was small, but nice and Clean. Theres the Sea 20 Yards away! Would recommend."

"Traveling from Switzerland with my two daughters, we recently spent 9 wonderful nights at JS Sol Alcudia on a half-board basis (Room 214). As someone with a professional background in Quality Management (ISO 9001), I tend to notice the finer operational details, and I must say, this hotel impressed me on many fronts! The Highlights (Pros): Outstanding Staff & Service: The reception team is incredibly welcoming, fast, and fluent in English. The F&B team operates like a well-oiled machine—clearing and setting tables at lightning speed. A special shoutout to the Head Chef for his warm engagement with guests and great daily recommendations. Impeccable Organization: Every evening, the staff aligns the pool sunbeds perfectly—looking down from the SPA, they look like "pearls in a row." It shows great operational discipline. Cleanliness & Comfort: Housekeeping met all our expectations. The room AC was highly adjustable, soundproofing was great, and the bathroom water pressure was flawless. The SPA and Turkish bath facilities were incredibly clean, providing a great premium feel even in the middle of summer. Things to Note (Areas for Improvement): Food Labeling (Attention Allergy Sufferers): The food is tasty, but ingredient transparency needs work. Separate utensils should be strictly used for different dishes to avoid cross-contamination. Labels must clearly indicate specific ingredients (e.g., pork, specific seafood in the rice/pasta) so guests with dietary restrictions can eat comfortably. Wi-Fi: The connection is strong in the lobby and SPA but drops to medium or has dead zones in the rooms and pool area. Entertainment: The daily animation was quite basic. However, watching the European Cup matches on the big pool screen created a fun atmosphere, so we didn't mind much. Final Verdict: When comparing the price we paid here to the average camping or hotel prices in places like Rimini, Italy, JS Sol Alcudia offers fantastic value for money. Because the beach of Alcudia was wonderful. We have absolutely no regrets and highly recommend it to families looking for a well-managed, clean, and welcoming stay!"

"This was one of the best places I’ve stayed. It’s authentic, the people are extremely kind, the house had everything we needed and the location is just what we hoped for. It’s quite, beautiful and close to beaches and cute villages. Can’t wait to come here again. For the practical part: every room has its own airconditioning, the kitchen has everything you need, enough space and the terrace is really nice."

"Best thing about the apartments is the location. Near the Port area and a 20 minute walk to the old town. Apartments themselves are basic which is in line with the price. Gardens and pools are lovely and kept well. Restaurant breakfast is nice. We don’t go all inclusive. We rated it down as we had two issues. A leaking toilet. We were moved to a new room. Then there we had a broken umbrella. The male on reception was not happy to see us again after changing our room. Asked twice to have the umbrella fixed and the eventually agreed. It said that they would return the old one when fixed. The replacement was temporary only. Would we return. Probably not. The leaking toilet on our first night was not pleasant. Toilet looked old."

A huge thank you to all the staff for their kindness and constant good mood – it really made a difference and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. We opted for half board, and the food was truly excellent every day, with plenty of choice and great quality. The hotel itself is very well maintained and beautifully set up, creating a really pleasant atmosphere. Another big plus is the direct access to the beach right next to the hotel, which made everything even more enjoyable and convenient. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!"

"We booked Forum Hotel for 5 Day of Road Cycling in Mallorca as two friends. 1. It’s right in the Old town of Alcudia, beautifully located. 2. the interior is nicely done, recently renovated with plenty of Boutique Charm. 3. Infrastructure for bikes is close to perfect! Bike room with tools, water dispenser, bike racks all there. 5. Breakfast ihas great choice and is served in a room with only 7 tables. 6. And finally the personell is absolutely awesome! Friendly, attentive, helping you with every wish. Absolute recommendation!!!"

"Critical Stay – Disappointed by Security and Service We stayed as a family for five nights at the Port Blue Resort and Spa. During breakfast, €300 was stolen from our room, including money from a child's backpack. The door was undamaged, and room service was on duty at the same time. Our report to the Guest Relations Manager was dismissed with platitudes ("Our staff is trustworthy," "Valuables belong in the safe"). No sympathy, no help – customer service was not solution-oriented. We reported the theft to the police and later discovered that other guests had similar experiences. On the positive side, the friendly and dedicated service staff in the dining room deserves special mention. However, the buffet atmosphere was hectic and crowded, and the vegetarian food was monotonous. The only usable family pool was murky and questionable in terms of hygiene. Conclusion: A stay with significant weaknesses in terms of security, service, and quality. We cannot currently recommend the hotel."

"Family of 4. We had 2 kids aged 6 and 10. We stayed 10 nights bed and breakfast Overall we had great time. Pros Good location Very Family friendly Great entertainment in pool during day and night. Kids loved entertainment team especially Sandra . Large selection for breakfast. Bar staff very friendly Supermarket on site very reasonable Waking distance to shops bars resturants. Pool area very clean Pool towels provided Cons On arrival asked we want pay extra for pool view 20e a night. We did but we got last room at end of baby's pool. We weren't happy for paying extra wanted right in middle so we got room changed after 2 days. Not a good start we didnt get offered a free drink or anything. Staff at reception not friendly we were paying outer bill Friday night as we had early flight sat. We didnt know had book breakfast no one told us . No cash at hotel all put to your room Entertainment finishes to early cut off 10 so u have rush back after dinner to see it. Room was good size but air con was terrible . Cleaner put on for us but was none. Rooms are cleaned and new towels but don't change sheets. If want use spa book wen arrive as books out quickly U have get ur towel down at 7.30am. The lifeguards start 9.30 I did see then lift towels around 10 if no one there. Overall my kids loved it they love to return. If you don't have kids I wouldn't recommend as in augusy just full of kids in pool sometimes was very busy. Few tips if you go port get hotel ring taxi as down street charge u more. Very hard getting a taxi home no proper q everyone just flagging but we walked to there sister hotel of viva 5 mins from taxi rank they got us a taxi in 5mins."

"We arrived at around midnight and weren't told we had to book into the main hotel around the corner, there was no reception open , only by luck we found out. Our names were not recognised on the system,took about 2hrs to get into the hotel eventually! Room was tiny, nowhere for me to get ready ( put make up on etc) sloping ceilings in the bathroom which didn't help in there! The historic centre is lovely, however dont use this hotel, its definitely not 4 star!"

"Just spent 7 days at Siesta Appts 1, stayed in a superior 2 -bed appt, it had everything you would need, and a washing machine which impressed me. Staff were lovely and the hotel was clean (although it did have a funny smell to some parts - I’m guessing due to the heat). There are some residents who live there but they caused no problems. Day time pool entertainment was good for all ages. People do ‘reserve’ sun loungers - one party of 12 put towels down and didn’t come back for 3hrs. Despite that we had a lovely time. I would say definitely bring mozzie spray during hot spells for the hotel and walking around Alcudia, we got eaten alive ."

"The hotel is ideally located right in the old center of Alcudia. The beach is a 20-minute walk away. When booking, please bear in mind that there is NO elevator in any of the three accommodations. The stairs are an obstacle for seniors. I experienced this firsthand. Breakfast and dinner were excellently catered for."
