"Me and my friend (22 and 23) came back from visiting this hotel for the past 5 days. We were a bit sceptical due to the reviews however, I can honestly say it was phenomenal and we would love to go back. 1. The staff- wow!!! We couldn't wish for anything better. The bar staff were phenomenal, quick and for to know their guests they ended up knowing our orders. They were super helpful and always willing to amend your order to how you would like it. Next, the entertainment team. We met 3 of these, in which 2 of them made our holiday Ernesto and (natcho? Not sure how to spell his name) there was also a women but she never introduced herself to us so we don't know her name. She wasn't that talkative and didn't want to get us involved but this didn't matter as the other 2 involved us the whole time and it's so clear Ernesto is so passionate about his job. He was so inclusive and understanding of needs and adapted where he needed to, he had clear communication and was always up for helping anyone. 2. The room- nothing wrong with this, the room was clean, spacious and the balcony was an excellent size. The beds were comfy and they provide you with a duvet and extra pillows kd you wish to use them. 3. The food- this is what I was most skeptical about especially having an allergy. Any member of staff you ask will help you and will tell you what is in the food. It was always well presented and topped up if it ever runs out and lastly there was such a wide selection. Sometimes there wasn't always something we loved at lunch but that's because I am fussy but the snack bar by the pool always had something. The PIZZA is something else, it is delicious and always got topped up if it ran out. Breakfast- had fruits, paistries, churrros, cereal and fried food every day. Lunch- was always a mixture as was dinner. 4. Sunbeds- always available 5. Location- perfect location with 10 min walk to most places 6. Entertainment- every night it starts with a mini disco and then Bingo it is 2 euros per ticket, this was great fun. After that, there was a different performance we had 2 amazing singers and dancers when we were there. The only negative is the women lifeguard, she made up rules on the day and changed them for certain individuals. Some were allowed to play with the ball and then sometimes she would tell others off. She would ignore some people drinking by the pool and then others ignore it. This was shockimf as most of the time she was on her phone or eating lunch so she picked and chose what to pick up. We would really reccomend here to others and we would like to go back."

"Contact the hotel in advance and inform the check-in time. The hotel will tell you the password by email. The hotel is in the town and is easy to find. Although it is not a 24-hour front desk, you can call to ask if you have any questions. There is no quilt in the room, only sheets. We called to ask for a self-service blanket. "Spent 5 nights here for the Ironman. Great Location. Right on the Beautiful Beach in Alcudia. The apartment was basic but clean. Beds and Sofa bed was comfy. Parking was out on the Main Road, at the back of the Building for free. There is also lots of free parking within a 10 minute walk. All the staff were Friendly. Check in was computorised and a bit slow at 11.00 at night, probably mostly down to me! Lots of nice Resturants and Bars nearby. Didnt suffer with any noise, but we were out of Season. Pool and Pool area was small, but nice and Clean. Theres the Sea 20 Yards away! Would recommend."

"Very impressed with our 1st visit to the Hotel More…and will definitely return on our next trip to Majorca. Lovely staff and a fabulously quiet position, incredibly tranquil, yet within easy walking into Alcudia Old Town, where there are lots of restaurants, bars and shops. At the hotel, there are 2 pools, with lots of Sun loungers, and quiet locations. Lots of lovely walks in the area too. The food and the staff at the hotel are all excellent. We will definitely be coming back!"

"We booked Forum Hotel for 5 Day of Road Cycling in Mallorca as two friends. 1. It’s right in the Old town of Alcudia, beautifully located. 2. the interior is nicely done, recently renovated with plenty of Boutique Charm. 3. Infrastructure for bikes is close to perfect! Bike room with tools, water dispenser, bike racks all there. 5. Breakfast ihas great choice and is served in a room with only 7 tables. 6. And finally the personell is absolutely awesome! Friendly, attentive, helping you with every wish. Absolute recommendation!!!"

"the sofa in our room was noticeably dirty and did not meet the standard of cleanliness I would expect from the hotel. Second, the hotel parking facilities were clearly insufficient for the number of guests. Finding a parking space was difficult and caused unnecessary inconvenience throughout our stay. In addition, the golf cart pick-up service that was advertised and expected at check-in was not provided. We had chosen the hotel with the understanding that this service would be available, but no pick-up assistance was offered. After a long day of travelling, having to drive around the hotel repeatedly searching for an available parking space while already exhausted was particularly frustrating and significantly detracted from our overall experience."

"Wonderful place: stunning views, beautiful buildings, decor, gardens and other surroundings. Everybody was really kind and helpful. The pool was lovely. The small house we stayed in had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The food was great. It was really child-friendly (our daughter really enjoyed the small selection of toys by the pool and saying hi to the sheep, chickens, geese, etc) but without compromising on the offerings to adults. We hope to come back soon!"

"We stayed as a family of four in a 1 bedroom suite in block 2. The room was great and gave enough space for us as a family, plus the large balcony was in sun from mid afternoon which was great while kids napped and parents got ready for dinner. Great aircon in room!! The entertainment team were absolute standouts and great with the kids (shout out to Maya!), both in the mini club and medal games/evening. We loved the safe aspect of the complex with only two points of entry both through key card operated doors which meant we could relax and the kids could really enjoy themselves All of the staff we met were very friendly and approachable, always with a smile on their face. Its clear this hotel takes care of its staff and they in turn take care of the guests Food was absolutely top quality, the hotel was fully booked while we were there and we still managed reservations in 3 of the A La Cartes. Only slight criticism on this was that we could only book at check in because of limited availability, however when we ate in any of the restaurants they were never more than half full. Likely due to not enough staff working in those restaurants, however at least the hotel didn’t overbook them so the service was still great and food very good. Maybe a point of improvement is having some more serving staff in those restaurants so that they can be filled more to capacity and so that guests can book all 4 during their stay. That being said super minor point! Pools were great, pool bar especially with great cocktails and milkshakes for kids. Football pitch out front when down well with my 5 year old too! Foam party seemed a new concept and was very fun. Staff insisted we took off all shoes (even kids water shoes) before entering, the foam party was on the footy pitch which was hot astro and so my kids feet felt very hot so we didn’t stay for long. Given people were all sorts of shoes normally on the pitch might be a point of improvement to allow shoes for the foam party next time. All in all and amazing holiday and we’ll be sure to book again for next year!"
