Peaceful and beautiful place. Unpretentious room and mini bathroom, for one night it's okay.

This hotel is nothing special, other than the surroundings it’s in , the castle type building makes it look lovely, but it’s like been in a prison room breakfast is the same every morning served to you very skimpy with regards to one of everything if you like more than one cup of tea then forget it , You also need a transport to get to and from as it’s at the top of a mountain up very narrow roads

The only thing worth it is the location. We were a large group and had a very bad night. The power went out on many occasions, flashes came out of several fixtures in the common area and we had to look for the differentials ourselves since there was no accommodation worker. In the morning, some rooms were still without power and they could not charge their cell phones. The next morning the response we were given was not adequate.

The setting is idyllic, perched on Mount Victoria, the hotel offers a breathtaking panorama. For hiking enthusiasts the spot is ideal. On the other hand, if you are looking for a large, spacious and quiet room you may be disappointed. We had a small room with a very small window, very difficult to ventilate this room which smelled of humidity. Breakfast is served in the corridor in front of the rooms so wake up at 8:30 a.m. for all rooms on the ground floor. If you want to be quieter and hope to have a view from your room, opt for the rooms on the 1st floor. Very pleasant staff. Good and complete breakfasts.

We chose this hotel based upon it’s ******* page details for a 2 day break Monday/Tuesday with our car. Upon arrival in Alcudia we followed the clear signs in town to La Victoria. What is not shown in the details is the hotel is very remote and is circa 2 miles up a dangerous narrow twisty mountain road that you would not want to do at night. The car park is large but was full of hikers/bikers vehicles and is someway below the hotel. You need to be very physically able to get from the car park to the hotel entrance, which is up more steps. There are no amenities other than a restaurant next door but to our surprise this was closed, you guessed it, on Mondays and Tuesdays! This means that to obtain any food you need to go back down the mountain road into town. We tried to talk to hotel staff but it was deserted. We left and made other accommodation plans in Port de Pollensa. ******* tried but hotel flatly refused to refund either night (would have expected at least second night refund). You will probably need walking boots to climb down to the “6 minute beach” and heaven knows how long it will take to hike back!

An enchanting place, far from everything, so different from all the hotels that abound on all the islands. Very simple but comfortable room, hearty breakfast and very pleasant welcome. We highly recommend!

Lack of adequate windows in the room. We knew there was no air conditioning but the air exchange was not good. No water for 24 hours without adequate communication and switchboard out of order. Internet barely working. The only positive note is the nearby restaurant and the complete quiet (desolate place).

beautiful place just outside Alcudia. Tiny room, without air, with a small window. Spartan bathroom Possibility of using the kitchen and tables outside. Please note that the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Very noisy in the early morning due to loud waiters/waiters. When I arrived they had not registered my reservation and I had to wait an hour for the employee to come by. telephone to consult with the administration. Due to my mistake (I booked first for one night and then for two nights) I paid twice for the same night and there was nothing that could be done. Distant and impersonal administration

We stayed in a room on the top floor one night in December, the views are beautiful, it has a window in front of the bed that is something to love.****. It is a very small room but for one night it is perfect. It has heating, the perfect shower temperature!!! It is the upper part of a hermitage, a dream place. I would only change the mattress, the springs are already very old
