Excellent check-in management and location of the accommodation in the city centre. Room and services in line with expectations and certainly to be recommended and possibly reused. Two considerations for the room number 35 I used: 1) Have the shower telephone fixed - 2) I didn't realize that room number 35 shares the balcony with another room, it would be preferable to put a curtain that can cover the inside for avoid keeping the shutter completely closed at all times and give that minimum amount of privacy... necessary.

A new find for us and we managed to stay on the way down to Umbria and on the way back as we were so impressed with the Restaurant and rooms. So convenient just by the motorway exit. At first approach were not sure if we were in the right place, then turned into the car park and an elegant mill presented itself. Homemade pasta with delicious sauces. Meat dishes superb. Deserts to die for and very pretty. Wine list to suit everyone, and grappa for digestivo. Who could ask for more. Well breakfast was a feast. Staff are professional and pleasant. A true find.
