We had a pleasant stay there for two nights, and the room was spacious and tidy with a good view of the ocean. The breakfast also has a wide variety of selections.

The environment is great. It's on the beach and there are restaurants outside. It's convenient and fast.

Not bad, it's quite close to the observation deck.

Small room, overall OK

Check in and check out were a bit problematic During check in we were assured that a room would be ready soon. We waited almost an hour and finally had to ask again and were told the room had been ready except no one told us At check out, the clerk failed to bill us for a meal and we wound up having to pay by credit card while we were elsewhere. A bit of confusion during the communications between us. Ultimately resolved. The hotel itself is great and we ahd a very plesant three day stay

Fantastic stay. Great hotel. Great price. Friendly staff. Unbelievable breakfast! Location was great, the only thing that would have made it perfect would have been onsite parking, but to be expected in a city I guess. Would definitely stay again.

Good location for the Hurtigruten cruise but hotel facilities felt a bit outdated. Maybe we were also a little unlucky with the room - we found a broken glass in the room (though quickly changed by staff) and bathroom flooded during the shower. That said, staff were friendly and accommodating when we asked to wait in the lobby for a few hours after check-out. Also lovely sunset view from the hotel terrace.

The property was right on the waterfront and was very quiet. The breakfast was very good and varied, and due to the volume of guests, staff reserved breakfast times to make it a pleasant experience.

Good accommodation near city centre, perfect if you male use of the Hurtigruten.

Best property under 200 we have stayed at in our 12d Norway trip. Great bfast buffet..the 24hr available margarita pizza is quite good.

Best property we have stayed in during our Norway trip for under 200. Good breakfast buffet. In the wharf area. Walkable to the 418nsteos hike and the pier for cruises Room was spacious.

Great hotel in waterfront location. Would definately return!
