We didn’t end up staying after paying $110 for the night. We were shown to our room then shown nearly to the end of a long corridor to a men’s toilet, and told that the ladies were out of order so we’d have to share. I’m a 65 year old lady that wasn’t keen on sharing a man’s shower and toilet. It also smelt very damp so we ended up driving 2.5 hours home instead of enjoying more of what Alexandra had to offer.

Tired, run down and tatty. Nice staff and quite cheap, but overpriced for the condition of the room and facilities. Campsites are better. But it is central to Alex.

Unfortunately, the first night it wasn't very quiet, but the 2nd night was excellent thank you.

Is what it is. Hotel with live band and small, cheap convenient rooms right above the bar. Good cheap accommodation.
