Great hotel, that serves a light dinner and breakfast included. People are so nice. Youra gave us a tour of the luxury suites and the whole hotel, and everyone including the policeman on the front door were great. I will probably come back and recommend this hotel for whoever is visiting Alexandria.

It was wonderful. I highly recommend it. At the beginning we had a room with city view, which we did not like. We wanted to see the sea. After consultation with the front desk and a higher price we got another room with sea view. The breakfast buffet was delicious. There is everything that *** can imagine. *** finds something for everyone. Service was also very good. The water in the bathroom did not want to be warmer and a staff came very fast and has everything for us great set and solved the problem. The hotel is very clean and all staff are very friendly. There is a bus that runs every hour for free to the beach. The hotel has a private beach which is only for the visitors and is very clean. There is also an internal pool. We will be back definitely!

Make scolding? Not let go Although it ’s a joke, this place is really a bit of a Sheraton name. The lobby is messy. The elevator must not stay in China for annual review. The rooms are very small, the equipment is very old, and the bathroom is too small to take a bath. The breakfast room was overcrowded, and the waiter was crowded over the small dining table like a ballet. The chefs needed to go back to school to retrain.
