Falta de profesionalidad y servicio pésimo, en la comida estuvimos de 3 a 6 para comer y solo éramos 2 mesas en todo el restaurante. Las camareras super bordes, nos hablaron en muy mal tono y un servicio nada acorde con las 5 estrellas del hotel. En la cena nos paso mas de lo mismo, éramos un grupo de doce y nos tuvimos que sentar en mesas de 3 y volvimos a estar 3 horas de reloj para cenar. También quería recalcar la poca humanidad que tiene el hotel hacia sus trabajadores ya que únicamente tienen 3 camareros y estos mismos son los que te sirven en el desayuno, en el aperitivo y el servicio de comida y cena tanto en el restaurante como en el bar y el lounge. Trabajan más de 18 horas diarias!!!!

Lugar muy bonito y habitación muy cómoda pero el servicio pésimo. Para cenar nos traen el primer plato después del segundo porque se les olvidó, pedimos un vino y nos traen abierto otro...en la cuenta les recuerdo que se els olvidó cobrar unos vinos que habíamos tomado antes y nos dan las gracias por avisar pero nos cobran mal el vino y cobran de más ..Me llama la atención que quienes dan cenas también desayunos no sé cómo es el descanso de esa gente. En el spa nadie para explicar el orden correcto de uso. Y las vistas de alguna habitación dan al techo de la entrada y está muy descuidado,un 5 estrellas no puede ofrecer esas vistas desde la cama. Ah y la recepcionista que estaba el sábado 28 de septiembre a las 12 horas muy desagradable,podía aprender modales de su compañero. Y mirar bien que hay bichos muertos en el suelo y eso que la acaban de limpiar, hay que aspirar todo...

“Pésimo servicio” y groseros en el restaurante. La comida regular. El lugar es hermoso y la atención descortés y nada resolutivo. Siempre nos atendieron de mala manera. Groseros, descorteces y mal educados. Aunque el lugar es duvino. No lo recomiendo

Un lugar especial, con una atención impecable. Si necesitas descanso este es un lugar muy recomendable. Hotel con 14 años de trayectoria siempre he sentido una paz que no he encontrado en otras estancias. Suelo visitarlo cuando estoy en mi pueblo

Sehr grosszügige Hotelanlage mit sehr schönen Zimmern! Vor allem die Fensterfront und der Ausblick sins sehr schön. SPA Bereich und Aussenpool zum geniessen. Toll den Besuch mit einem Besuch und Degustation ihres eigenen Weines zu kombinieren! Kann das Hotel nur empfehlen

Hicimos la comunion de hija el 18 de mayo y fueron todo facilidades, incluso para montar el fotomaton el dia anterior y desmontarlo dos dias despues, un trato de mas que 10 todos los invitados quedaron encantados y nosotros tambien, recomendable al 100%, sin duda que cualquier evento que vuelva a tener lo haria alli, Marta y Leticia encantadoras y pendientes en todo momento durante el evento haceis un trabajo de mas de 10

Hotel con habitaciones grandes, bien decoradas, con techos altos, con vistas preciosas, con todo lo necesario para estar top. Instalaciones muy buenas. Personal muy amable y atento. Al ser un hotel con pocas habitaciones es muy tranquilo y relajante. Volveremos.

Como recién casados necesitábamos algo muy especial y el lujo de 5 estrellas del Hotel Valbusenda nos sorprendió, superando todas nuestras expectativas. Solemos ir a hoteles de 4 estrellas, así que no pudimos evitar pensar que el Valbusenda es "como en las películas". El restaurante también es genial, no podíamos tener un menú mejor para nuestra boda. Recomendable 100%, tanto para bodas como para alojarse en suite.

Recomendable, ambiente relajado, habitaciones con amplio mirador, con vistas preciosas. Spa completo y con vistas hacia el exterior. En esta ocasión, en el Gastrobar cenamos muy bien, en la anterior lo hicimos en el Restairante, realmente, recomendable. Mi marido y yo, volveremos . Atención del personal, excelente.
