Best Hotels near Mall (formerly the farmer market), Algiers

Stayed here during our week’s tour of Algeria. The location is perfect in downtown Algiers and easy to walk everywhere you need to. Lots of restaurants, shops and attractions on your doorstep. The rooms are fairly basic, but quite comfortable, spacious enough and spotlessly clean. The lobby has an attractive appearance and all the staff we encountered were friendly and efficient. The buffet breakfast is a bit disappointing; pretty limited in the choice of cold meats and cheeses, but probably sufficient for many people. We did have an issue with the plumbing in our room, but the staff were quick to try and resolve it. There’s plenty of hot water from the shower. The bar does not serve alcohol, but we found a few places nearby that do. Overall, a good value hotel with helpful staff in an ideal location.

I’ve been in this hotel for the last 15 day of August, I could/should say, it I very convenient location a big plus is the service and quality of it, eating will never disappoint you a the restaurant; the staff including the Chef will spoil you, if not, they will make sure something can be arranged to make you happy, they will help and treat you like a family, at the restaurant Sofiane and his colleagues are amazing. While taking care of yourself and your room, Narimane, Marouane and Siham (I am 100%, I misspelled their names) are very lovely and 150% committed to be your comfortability. Ahh… the front desk staff are as good as mother could be, they make sure you are comfortable, safe, and good serviced. What can I tell you, I am 100% and 1000 time happy customer.

Once again ! A great stay at this hotel with nice team and delicious international and traditional dishes. I would like to thank Mr foudel for his great service, And if you visit this hotel dnt miss the opportunity to have a great moment at Elbeida restaurant, Mr Rachid and his very welcoming face will take a good care of you, with a very friendly and professional team .. Of course will stay again at this wonderful hotel !

The hotel is about half an hour's drive from the city. But the hotel is good, located on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea, you can walk to the beach through the hotel lawn. The hotel facilities are very good and the service is good. recommend.

A beautiful, clean hotel, and workers know how to treat customers.

We have booked a suite for 2 adults and 2 children at 1700 DA by night with breakfast. In the hotel, it is not called a 4-person room, just to tell it in advance that it is a double room with extra mattresses ... more, they didn't want to give us towels for children. The hotel is clean and the hotel is well placed, the parking in the street is monitored. However, there are still things to look again, such as the wheel in the entire shower, the broken bed head ... When breakfast is varied , correct and included for all in the price

The best hotel we've ever stayed. The hotel is amazing with a fantastic rooms .The food was so delicious and ymmy. The best staff we've ever deal with. Special sencire thanks to all of you. I will be back again soon with my whole family. Take care.

Positive: Hotel located with beautiful sea view, 2-step beach, generous breakfast and varied with sugar and salt, friendly staff and smile, clean rooms. Negative: The offered services do not reach a 4-star hotel or prices shown; I booked a ”king deluxe” room at 24000 DA per night for the room with breakfast, there was no bath or shoes outlet, No fresh drink in the refrigerator; just 2 small bottles of fresh water on the table, extra spa access at the price of 4000DA for only 1 hour, one took dinner once it was tasteless, unsaisoned salad, Fades dishes, small portions with an overpriced price, the second restaurant of the hotel on the cornish Eastern speciality ”the master Kebab” is dirty with the dust that pulls in the entrance, the servers of the latter have a bizarre behavior with their Visual friends who without reason occupy the tables of the restaurant ... Fortunately just coated there is a good restaurant ”Totine Star” with excellent price quality ratio.

We stayed on two separate occasions in November 2023 and both times the experiences were exceptional. The hotel is a short, covered walk from the airport and you instantly feel very safe, secure and comfortable—even walking to the property at 2 a.m. following a rough two days of air travel. The property itself is new, clean, beautiful, quiet and airy. The rooms were thoughtfully laid out and spacious; well-appointed with bath tub and shower, remote control blinds, fridge, and floor level nightlights with sensors so that you could safely get up in the middle of the night without ever needing to switch on a light. The pillows suited the different tastes of each member of our family and the bed linens were soft and luxurious. We all slept uncharacteristically well. The pool was beautiful and there were a seemingly endless supply of loungers and cosy seating areas. The restaurant was wonderful and featured a large selection of options. Room service was also great with a nice selection of standard dishes and local specialities and food was hot when delivered. But as incredible as everything was, the best part of hotel was its absolutely amazing, multilingual staff! They’re truly extraordinary—very attentive to guests and dedicated to making your stay as pleasant and remarkable as possible. On our second stay, we arrived in the late afternoon and about ten minutes after arriving to our room, there was a knock at the door; two staff were there with bedding and offered to make up the pull-out couch as a bed for our child. We didn’t request this or even think it was an option but there they were, anticipating needs we didn’t even know we had! But we were most impressed when, at the dinner buffet, a staff member approached my son and I asking if my son was unhappy with the food choices; I explained he was a picky eater and asked it might be possible to get a simple cheese sandwich. The staff member immediately sprung into action, offered some special options for my son and within minutes we had a made-to-order cheese sandwich with fries and a happy little boy. We simply cannot express how deeply impressed we were with the hotel and staff. We cannot wait to return for a longer stay!
