Close to city centre.
Central to city, Good transport connections. Clean and tidy, very modern decor. A little soulless. AC heating was a mystery at first, some instructions would be helpful. Very comfortable bed. Very close ro many restaurants.

Utmärkt boende på bra läge.
Bodde tre nätter på detta boende och allt var toppen. Lägenheten var stor med vardagsrum/kök, sovrum samt badrum. Allt var mycket fräscht och fint. Härlig säng, soffa i vardagsrummet samt matplats. Och i köket fanns allt för matlagning (själv lagade jag inte mat här). Badrummet var rymlig med fin dusch. Bodde i rum 303 på tredje våning som är en hörnvåning med tre "franska balkonger". Läget var utmärkt. Några minuter till strandpromenaden, restauranger, affärer, caféer runt hörnan. Skulle absolut boka detta boende igen och kan rekommendera varmt.

The perfect apartment in Alicante. Clean, spacious, modern, great shower and surprisingly quiet. Close to everything and in the heart of Alicante. This is my 2nd time staying at RS and will definitely return. Staff are amazing too and very friendly and helpful

I never write a review but this apartment truly deserves one. Very nive people, in the heart of the city. Best place i ever booked. I really recommend. Rooms are so clean. They reaction are so fast, and everything is super friendly. Alacant is very friendly aswell

This hotel is great, ideally located in Alicante. Our penthouse suite, room 601, offered stunning views of the castle (and the half marathon runners) and was impeccably clean, just like all the shared spaces in the apartments. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room included a fantastic shower with beautiful -smelling body wash and other amenities. Our only minor suggestion would be to provide some wine glasses in the room; we had a corkscrew but only tumblers were available. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful.

As others have commented the apartments are very clean, spacious, modern and in a great location. We stayed in penthouse 601 with a lovely small balcony with views of the castle. Some street noise is to be expected due to 5e location but we didn’t find it intrusive. If, like we did, you arrive before the 4pm check in there is a secure luggage room on the 6th floor you can use. Just ask for a temporary code for the front door and luggage room door. There was a problem with the front door entry code on our last night and we spent some time on the 24 hour helpline before we were eventually able to get in when another guest left. Might be worth taking up the offer of a key card as a back up. The apartments are serviced each day but it would have been nice if tea and coffee had also been replenished each day. Two tea bags for a 3 night stay wasn’t enough for us Brits! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Ottimo appartamento deluxe ( eravamo al 3 piano) ben arredato.Posizione centralissima e ottima a pochi passi dal centro,spiaggia e mare . Impianto di riscaldamento / climatizzazione autonomo e molto efficiente. Cucina discretamente attrezzata. Forse andrebbero curati meglio alcuni particolari come esempio qualche cialda di caffè,the in più ( secondo giorni di permanenza). Buona la pulizia giornaliera e riordino dell'appartamento, così come il cambio asciugamani, teli doccia dopo qualche giorno. Personale cordiale e gentile . Consigliatissimo.
