Lo más parecido a dormir en un ataúd. Muy incómodo todo. Mucho ruido y gente hablando a todas horas . Imposible descansar . El peor alojamiento que he visto en mi vida .Huyan de venir aquí . La experiencia fue horrorosa.Para no volver nunca más .

Lo más parecido a dormir en un ataúd. Escándalo de gente toda la noche . Imposible descansar . El personal te atiende y te trata mal . Nunca están . Es el peor alojamiento que he visto en mi vida . Inhumano . No se lo recomiendo a nadie . Sitiado encima en barrio conflictivo .

Antipersonal, horrible, NADIE te atiende si llegas antes, no hay nadie que pueda ayudarte, tampoco te responden el teléfono, solo en su “horario laboral” no importa si sos viajero y estás cargado hasta la médula, la peor, me termine yendo porque realmente, me sentí mal, el trato conmigo fue nefasto. Todo es con ironía, hasta las normas que escriben, que muchas no tienen sentido y se contradicen todo el tiempo. NO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA!!!!

The air conditioning was too low, which gave me a cold. There was no toilet paper in the bathrooms all evening and all morning. Nobody is at the reception most of the time, there is just a whatsapp number you can text. When I was checking out at 9.30 am, the locker didn't work and the guy took 40 minutes to answer. He says these were his "off hours". So, basically, there is no support whatsoever when you are checking out, nobody is around if there are issues. The guy went all passive-aggressive on me, because I left my bags in the room lockers instead, saying I'd come back to pick them up at 14.30, before others had to check-in. He made me rush back from my way to the beach at Cabo to pick up my things, otherwise, there would be a fine, he said. There are fines for everything in this hostel - 50 EUR for adjusting the aircon, 50 EUR for not leaving your cheap towel on your bed. In sum, very poor communication skills, very poor service, and they basically ruined the last day of my holiday. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Una experiencia horrible. Hice mi reserva por Hostel World app en la que no hay forma de que aparezcan tus reservas. Solo dan un whatss para comunicarte con ellos, no hay tlf que contesten cuando llamas. Necesitaba preguntar si tienen lugar para guardar bicis. No habia manera. Me contestan de muy malas maneras por whatss.les pido que cancelen, cancelan pero se niegan a mandarme prueba de que lo hicieron y no he recibido el mail de hostel world que me confirme que se ha cancelado. Esta persona fue todo el rato en el chat muy mal educada. Yo fui muy correcta todo el tiempo.Me bloqueó y se negó a mandarme foto o prueba de que habia cancelado diciendo: a mi no me importa que no funcione la web de hostel world.No doy crédito. Alucinante en el mal sentido. Son personas malas.

Je conseille ++ Ménage fait tous les jours (cuisine, toilettes, douche, parties communes. Chambre?) Cuisine fonctionnelle avec ustensiles, 2 laves vaisselles, 2 frigo Clim lieux commun + chambre Terrasse Chambre super : lits superposés « niche » avec rideau donc top pr se sentir en intimité malgré le dortoir + rangement, bonne literie, rangement fermé par code perso, petit coin « salon »+petite terrasse, Sécurité (codes aux portes, pratique pas besoin de clef ou carte) / dortoir femmes dispo La deco est cool ! Petits inconvénients : portes de chambres bruyantes++ (de part le fait qu’elles se ferment automatiquement pour garder la fraicheur de la clim dans les chambres mais du coup ca claque (comme les gens ne font pas attention de la fermer doucement) Température de l’eau des douches n’est pas réglable (parfois tiède chaude, rarement fraiche (embêtant l’été pr se rafraîchir) )
