The hotel building is one of the few tall buildings. The room is very clean and large. If you stay on the 24th floor, you can see the whole of Alicante and have a beautiful sea view. In the morning, the sun ☀️ climbs into the room and the air is filled with the fragrance of the blue sea. I will stay again next time live here

Viejo, muy sucio , malos olores los pasillos a desagüe en particular el tercer piso habitación 300 Más de 225€ noche y daba asco muebles viejos y rotos, mugre por todas partes, el baño del año en qué se inauguró con la Bañera repintada y roñosa .

Booked to stay at this hotel for a short break looked great on *********** don’t be fooled. Very tired a little grubby This we could deal with it was the smell which was on every landing the smell was of sewage from the hotels plumbing system. There is a little room in the corner on each landing containing a mop drain which absolutely stinks the drain obviously alllows the fumes from the sewers to rise up disgusting 🤢 many guests were moaning about it on complaining they said there was no smell then we caught a member of staff spaying air freshener outside our room door. The smell was that bad outside our room we had to hold our breath to get to the lift. For the money please please look elsewhere and save yourself the nasal abuse

Ideally situated, 2 min walk to the promenade / harbour and a few roads from the city centre, surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Overall we had a lovely stay lots of plus points such as:- The views from our bedroom were the best - Castle, harbour and surrounding neighbourhood. Spacious, bright, and airy room. Quiet and powerful air conditioning unit. Great shower. Mini bar and safe deposit box. Varied breakfast buffet selection. Terrific views from the 26th floor restaurant / bar. There were a few areas that could be improved:- The bed was so hard and uncomfortable, we requested a mattress topper which was provided but made little difference (I know this is a personal choice). Thin walls between guest rooms. The breakfast room was small and felt cramped for the number of hotel guests dining. As a result, queues quickly built up. Long wait for the two lifts at busy times. To summarise, we had a lovely break with the views and location being the highlight, not to mention the perfect warm sunny weather
