I needed an unforeseen problem to be solved and the girl at the reception did it with pleasure. I have had a very good experience. In fact, all the staff I have met have been very friendly. And the area, which for a relatively small town, has some bars where you can eat great, such as "El cobertizo". If I were to return to the area, I would stay at the hotel again without hesitation!

Horrible!! El desayuno no tiene calidad ninguna, todo super industrial, insípido y de pésima calidad. He visto mejores camas en albergues, imposible descansar cómodamente. No hay escobilla en el baño, el papel higiénico escaso en una habitación para 4 persona. Además se echan en falta enchufes en las mesillas de noche. Nada recomendable.

Este hotel é péssimo, péssimo em todos os aspetos. NÃO ir para este hotel. Desde a comida que não presta: é insossa, pouca quantidade, sobremesas sem qualquer açúcar. Para além do que, marcamos jantar duas noites (éramos um grupo grande com jovens) e numa das noites em que escolhemos e marcámos jantar puré com carne, deram-nos pela segunda vez, batata frita. Poderia ter sido um engano, mas não foi, pois, um grupo que chegou nessa mesma noite, estava a comer puré com peixe! Não se faz. Falta de consideração. Os quartos são velhos e o staff não é muito simpático. Outra situação quanto aos quartos e à limpeza: tinha um cartão MEU (não era importante ou de valor, mas era meu e ninguém tem de mexer!) na ranhura da luz e a sra da limpeza tirou-o e perdeu o cartão. Reclamei na receção mas de nada serviu. Total desconsideração e falta de respeito. Chuveiro mau e bidé onde não cabem pernas. Tudo péssimo.
