"Horrible experience with my children, I wish I had a choice to give no star review. We arrived at the hotel around 1am in the night and there was no one available to open the door, reception was closed and we were stranded outside with all our belonging, My children were scared and traumatised to be in a strange place in the dark with no one around us. Whole hotel area looked isolated and did not match the description on the website, after knocking on the door for more than an hour I had to contact Love holiday emergency line and someone opened the door while I was on the phone. When we went inside our bedding was so dusty and we didn't have any access to the kitchen or water. Next morning we noticed the pool was so moulded and dirty. We did not have any food or transportation available within miles as it was described that everything was close by. We were so unhappy with everything and decided to check out straight away. Hotel reception girl was helpful to call a taxi for us and we paid extra to book another hotel with the help of the taxi drivers."

"I had a good stay here. The room was spacious and comfortable, but having twin beds was a bit inconvenient. I think the hotel can do with a renovation as it is a bit dated. Most of the staff was friendly but housekeeping was very loud in the hallway which made it difficult to sleep in. Breakfast was ok, but they should clearly label which sausages are pork so its clear for those who don't eat pork. Overall it was a good stay."

"Parking was easy despite the hostel being in an alley, there's an open lot just a few meters away. We were also able to check into our room 2 hours early. It's small, but we didn't need anything bigger just for sleeping, and everything was clean: good absorbent towels, a hairdryer, and gel and shampoo. So far, so good. However, the room wasn't like in the pictures. At least room 107, where we stayed, has a window above the headboard with no blinds, and the view is right next to a rooftop – you couldn't even see the sky. They really should put up a blind because the sun hit at 7 am, and we couldn't sleep any longer. If I had known, I wouldn't have stayed or would have asked for a different room, because we only wanted to sleep and couldn't for the two days we were there. It's a shame because it was otherwise very quiet."
