albergo importante e di tradizione, con una gestione che certamente ‘sa il fatto suo’. il quasi sempre pieno invernale depone a favore, ma comporta inconvenienti: grandi gruppi di avventori intasano i servizi della struttura: trovarli a colazione significa fare fila ovunque, a cena sorbirsi vocio e schiamazzi, nello skiroom fare a cazzotti e attendere a lungo la navetta per gli impianti. tutte cose che funzionerebbero benissimo senza il pienone. parcheggio distante 2-300 metri, senza capienza (si può però parcheggiare gratis lungo strada appena fuori del paese); spa piccolissima con solo sauna, turco e doccia; cucina non all’altezza dei precedenti soggiorni (tutti estivi); camere standard non più proponibili (è vero che costano meno, ma i bagni hanno evidente bisogno di essere rifatti). personale cortese e professionale.

Ultima sciata della stagione …. Ci si ferma per una colazione tra amici.Abbiamo ordinato al ragazzo che sembrava gli avessimo fatto un torto a fermarci da loro.Non un sorriso… anzi molto burbero nel prendere l’ ordinazione, per non parlare della signora alla cassa che dopo avergli chiesto una info ci ha liquidato con un fare molto sgarbato.Sconsiglio vivamente la sosta

Soggiorno molto gradevole personale professionale e simpatico, ci è stato fatto un upgrade gratuito della camera assegnandoci una junior suite (camera veramente molto bella e grande) ottima cucina con notevole scelta di vini, area wellness molto carina compresa nel prezzo, molto apprezzata dopo una giornata di sci e navette gratuite per gli impianti per chi non vuole usare l'auto. Che dire ottima vacanza se riesco tornerò sicuramente grazie dell'accoglienza

Our hosts were fantastic. Owing to travel conditions, we needed a warm, friendly and hospitable stay. We couldn't have asked for a better stay - the food was great, staff were so accommodating and the area superb. Thank you to Daniel and his family for a wonderful stay! sono ormai 10 anni che trascorriamo la settimana bianca presso questa struttura...Il personale è disponibile e gentile, la qualità del cibo è molto buona ed i servizi in linea con lo standard di un hotel a 4 stelle... ottima anche la colazione, con una varietà di ottimi dolci e cornetti, grazie anche al fatto che la struttura comprende una rinomata pasticceria... l'hotel ha il suo fascino anche perché è una struttura storica...ottima la collocazione logistica rispetto agli impianti raggiungibili velocemente grazie al servizio navetta offerto...

Very good location. Nice and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Convenient free parking just about 100 meters from the hotel. Excellent restaurant. But the most important: wonderful people on the reception. They really happy to help with all customer needs. Very highly recommended!

Per 4 giorni io e la mia compagna abbiamo passato momenti unici coccolati da questa struttura. Pulizia e cortesia al top. Colazione ricca e cena veramente squisita. Si fanno in quattro per seguirti, infatti con caparbietà mi hanno anche spostato l arrivo permettendomi di godere del bel tempo meteorologico rispetto alla mia iniziale prenotazione. Personale di sala competente. Insomma veramente soddisfatto. Grazie alla fam pra e al suo staff. Ci avete fatto sentire re e regina delle Dolomiti
