I am now filing a formal and serious complaint regarding the appalling service I experienced during breakfast. On that day, I went to the hotel restaurant for the buffet breakfast. The restaurant was spacious, with many seats vacant, and there was no crowding. However, the restaurant staff, without any reason, forcibly forced us to sit in designated areas, not allowing guests to choose their own seats. Their behavior was arrogant and unreasonable, completely disregarding the normal consumer rights of guests. During my meal, I walked normally through the restaurant's pizza-making area without taking any photos, but I was unjustly questioned and accused by the staff of taking photos without permission. I patiently explained and clarified repeatedly that I had never taken any equipment to film, but the staff still showed resistance, staring at me with suspicious, hostile, and prejudiced eyes. Their demeanor and behavior were extremely offensive, and their attitude towards foreign tourists was cold and harsh. After discovering the problem, I immediately approached the restaurant manager on duty and truthfully recounted what had happened, hoping for a reasonable explanation and apology. However, I received not a single formal apology, and the management ignored my demands. Later, I went to the hotel front desk to report the entire incident again. The front desk staff not only failed to actively coordinate and resolve the issue but also vented their anger, stemming from the negative emotions caused by other guests, on me, an innocent person. The hotel staff covered for each other, and their overall attitude was perfunctory and indifferent, lacking any service awareness or professionalism. This terrible accommodation and dining experience seriously violated my legal rights as a consumer, severely impacted my travel mood, and left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. I hereby formally submit my reasonable demands: that the hotel provide me with a formal written apology, hold the employee responsible for the offensive behavior accountable and punish them, comprehensively rectify the restaurant's service standards, and prevent similar rude behavior from happening again. If your hotel continues to respond passively, refuses to apologize, deliberately avoids the issue, and is unwilling to acknowledge its service shortcomings, I will immediately compile complete chat logs and relevant supporting evidence, and submit a formal complaint to the Veneto Regional Tourism Regulatory Authority, the Bolzano Provincial Tourism Bureau, the Italian Consumer Protection Agency, and the EU Tourism Surveillance Agency. Simultaneously, I will objectively recount my experience on major global travel booking platforms and review websites, publicly exposing the hotel's inappropriate handling of the matter. "Gorgeous lakefront location! Any floor from the 1st to the 4th (top) with lake-facing balcony cannot be beat if you care about lake views. Rear-facing rooms *may* have a Dolomiti peaks view if not blocked by other buildings. (Ask.) There is a quiet, narrow street in between the hotel & the lake, but it is really a pedestrian walkway along the lake, and there is no noise from the road at all. I'm picky about views & noise & had no issues with either in August. Staff were a mixed bag -- a 60's Italian man at the front desk was all smiles & charm, but a similarly aged German man refused to take any payment from me on my day of arrival because it was easier to wait until all extras & taxes posted by the time I checked out. That pissed me off since my check-in day was the one day in the month that my credit card would have earned me 6x points for travel charges. We bought the half board dining option in advance since we weren't sure what dining existed in town, but we weren't impressed with the limited menu or food from which we were allowed to choose. Also, you get a better table facing the lake if you order a la carte."

"Our hosts were fantastic. Owing to travel conditions, we needed a warm, friendly and hospitable stay. We couldn't have asked for a better stay - the food was great, staff were so accommodating and the area superb. Thank you to Daniel and his family for a wonderful stay! "Lovely few days at this friendly and cosy family-run hotel in the central piazza. Covered car-park very nearby at 5Euros a day. Tourist information and ski hire shop oppposite, supermarket about 50m. Room clean, comfortable and spacious. Good bathroom. Typical continental breakfast with pastries, ham, cheese, hard-boiled eggs etc but no fruit to go with the yogurt. Other hot dishes to order at extra cost - we didn't try them. Half-board evening meal was excellent. Very good wine list, all Italian I think, with prices from 15euro to over 200 for some very serious wines. Cosy, well priced bar. Good friendly service. Ski lift 5-10 minutes walk down a gentle slope, most other hotels were further away, bus for Marmolada stops just outside, ski/boot room at the back of hotel. Civetta is a lovely ski area, deserted pistes, might be different at weekends. Overall we really enjoyed our visit and would certainly stay there again."

"It is the second time we go and we found ourselves very well! The building is on the wonderful Lake Alleghe, a beautiful show! The owners are very gentle and careful to the needs of the customers! The rooms are comfortable and clean with comfortable beds and what to say? Let's hope to come back!"

"Our New Year's Eve dinner at this restaurant was a huge disappointment. The food was below expectations, lacking in flavor and poorly presented with very small portions. Despite having assured us gluten-free options when booking, only two dishes were replaced and they tasted terrible. To make matters worse, they could not provide details on the ingredients of the dessert. Dishes containing gluten were not even served. A regrettable experience and definitely not worth the 70 euros per person."
