We took the room at arcadia because they advertise a swimming pool. Kids wanted the pool and when we reached we were informed that the pool is not functioning. This was a terrible disappoin**ent. The rooms are neat. Tv has only a few free channels. Service was okay when we asked for extra towels but when we asked to refill the teabags and sugar packs, the housekeeping never responded. Rooms have no view or balcony and the shower space is quite congested. Food was ok, not great. Overall, if the pool is functioning and if the housekeeping responds to our calls, the stay is worth the price, otherwise, as in our case, we could have stayed in less expensive hotels with the same facilities.

Room was good thoroughly neat and clean room size was average perfect for two without extra bed and with extra bed also no problem. Staff was also good. Food was not that good

Value for money. Breakfast, Stay, staff everything was too good. I will suggest to book with family. Only one dustbin in bathroom is not as per standard. which is not a big problem. One more thing, I had booked my 8 days tour with help in different locations, From Rameshwaram, kanyakumari, Trivendrum, Alleppey, Thekkady and Munnar. All are value for money. I got almost more than 25% less then ready made package with nice hotel.

Hotel was neat and clean with all the modern ammenities. Fasade was lavishing and so do the room. Elegant ambiance of the reception and restaurant made it extremely royal. 10 out of 10 points for service and behavior of the staff.

Hotel & rooms are good but they do-not offer napkins they should provide that. Soaps are provided instead of shower gel nowadays much better. No tea, coffee sachets are provided it should be always included in package all hotels do that
