"This is a really fine homestay hotel. It’s very new and well-designed. There’s a small pool on the roof that offers a great view of the beach while you cool off. There’s an elevator for those of us who can’t handle stairs as well as we once could. The owner and staff are super friendly. Complimentary breakfast was eaten with other guests and usually the owner. A very family-like atmosphere."

"The hotel is a huge property. It looks more of heritage property. Since it is huge cleanliness is an concern. Staff is very good and very cooperative. If they could increase number of staff, it will be more helpful in maintaining the property. Food for vegetarian is not up to the mark, but non-veg might be good. Beach is right across the road and hardly takes couple of minutes to reach. Since the property is big, i can recommend for big group, but if you’re looking for clean and good food, please avoid."

The quality, taste, and presentation were all excellent. The staff were very welcoming, especially sandeep dribika sumit manoj polite, and attentive throughout our visit. They ensured that everything was served on time and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and had a relaxing ambiance, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience. I highly recommend Hotel Olivia to anyone looking for delicious food and excellent hospitality. I will definitely visit again soon!"

"Made us wait including my dad who is a cancer patient for 1 hour to get an auto so they could take us to boat• We booked a deluxe room and the description didn't match room - There was no wifi, no toiletries, no TV in room, the room was full of dust, no shampoo, no hand soap!! the food is like a cheap PG food- not even salad or a dessert, terrible just terrible• refunded me 2500 INR on a booking made with 15000 INR but honestly this doesn't justifys• I live in Europe and I wish I had made booking through hotels.se because they would have refunded my full money.
