"Disappointing stay at Hilton Residency No hot water, no water in the bathrooms, and a lack of fresh drinking water. Owner's behavior added to the frustration. Overall, a dissatisfying experience that raised serious concerns about value for money." This condensed version includes the issues with hot water, bathroom water, owner behavior, and the additional problem of a lack of fresh drinking water.
