The King Room with Window was really great! The room was not only clean and tidy, but the service was also very warm and thoughtful, which was a pleasant surprise. This experience really exceeded my expectations! I can't wait to recommend this Shangke Hotel to many friends around me. There is no doubt that I will choose to stay again next time!

Convenient location of the hotel from the airport, clean and comfortable inside! The rooms are very comfortable, a little overpriced! The staff is very kind! Of the minuses, for some reason Wi-Fi did not work on the 5th and 6th floors! The cuisine is very tasty and varied!

The receptionist was helpful(Jake)He gave information and instructions in an easiest and simple way for me to understand.we enjoyed having breakfast every morning.the food in the restaurant was good and tasty.and we saw people fun at the bar and i think they were all having fun.if given a chance to visit kazakshtan again,i’ll be choosing grand erbil almaty for my stay.👍🤩😍
