"I liked the breakfast very much! So many kinds of food! Also the breakfast restaurant is so big and nice. On the right side, there is a place which is surrounded by windows. You feel like you are outside. you can also sit and have breakfast there."

"Room: Standard twin room with 0.8m wide beds. Quite narrow for a new hotel. Facilities: No gym, only a pool and spa. The restaurant is very large, and the breakfast selection is rich and tasty, not too salty. Environment: The hotel isn't soundproof. The ongoing renovation outside and the large air conditioning units downstairs were so noisy they kept me from sleeping. Service: The front desk staff were enthusiastic, but other services were average. The stairs at the entrance are very high with a steep incline, and no one helped with luggage. While there are elevators inside the hotel, there are also many steps within the corridors, so you'll still need to carry your bags."

"The hotel is quite close to the airport, but still takes around 15 mins by taxi. Close to a shopping mall and bus stop. There are hostel rooms and the issue with the hostel is there's only one key for the dorm's door. And the shower booth has no lock, it's only a glass door, so each time someone showers they most likely would lock the main door and so no one can use the toilets at the same time. There's a microwave and a fridge. Breakfast is included and it's generous enough for this price. If you want to experience a more local area then I'd recommend it. Otherwise might as well stay in the city centre since the taxi ride would cost more or less the same time and money to and from the airport."

"My friend and I stayed for one night while passing through. We really liked the hotel; the rooms were cozy, clean, and pleasant. They provided an extra blanket and a heater, and they even suggested nearby places to eat. The breakfasts were delicious! The only downside was the freezing floors in the bathroom, but otherwise, we really enjoyed it."

"I chose the Holiday Inn Almaty for my business trip to Almaty this time, and my stay exceeded expectations, so I just had to share! ✨ The location is absolutely fantastic 👍, right in the city center business district. It's just a ten-minute walk to Nurly Tau Business Center and only five minutes to Republic Square, making it incredibly convenient for visiting nearby consulates or sightseeing. From the hotel lobby's floor-to-ceiling windows, you can even see the continuous mountain range of the Tianshan Mountains in the distance. Every morning, opening the window brings a refreshing burst of green, instantly dispelling any travel fatigue. The check-in staff were incredibly welcoming. Even though I arrived late at night, the process was quick, and they even offered to help me with my luggage to the room. Their English communication was smooth, and they offered many helpful travel tips – attention to detail was clearly a priority. My room was a good size, and the bedding was soft and comfortable; I sank into a deep sleep the moment I lay down, allowing my muscles to fully relax after a day of traveling. The room facilities were comprehensive, with stable air conditioning/heating and 24-hour hot water. The Wi-Fi signal was also good, perfect for work or streaming videos without interruption. The hotel's gym equipment was relatively new; a morning workout left me feeling light and ready for an energetic day! 💪 The breakfast selection was extensive, ranging from Western pastries and bacon to local specialties. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was great – I could eat well and fuel up for the day's activities. 🍞 If I had to mention a minor drawback, some of the facilities showed a bit of age, and the hotel doesn't have a swimming pool, but for a business trip, it was perfectly adequate. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, impeccable service, and a prime location. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip to Almaty, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting for travel or business! 👏"

"A beautiful hotel conveniently located near the airport. It was clean, and the linens were lovely – great bedding and towels. There wasn't a kettle in the room, but there's a coffee shop right next to the hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good. Trip.com mentioned a buffet, but it was actually served as individual portions: milky rice porridge, scrambled eggs, ham, and vegetables. You could grab pastries and make coffee or tea at the counter. If I return, I'd definitely choose this hotel again."
