"I really like the common areas and would sit here every night before going to bed. I stayed here for 3 nights. I usually stay up late and wake up early every day, but on the last day of my stay a female staff asked me if I was okay. Did I have a problem with resting? It was very impressive because the staff paid attention to the little things with the guests. The room may look small but it is suitable for a solo traveler. There may be a smell of paint. It is a smell from the hotel being new, but it is not a problem for my stay at all. I like having a washing machine and dryer for free, and of course I use it every day. If I have the chance I will definitely come back to stay."

"I booked Hotel Voyage online. Although I planned to stay in Almaty for about two days, I initially booked only one night. The reason was simple: I have found that many hotels look much better online than they do in reality, so I wanted to see the actual conditions before extending my stay. I arrived in Almaty from Paris via Istanbul at around 5:00 a.m. When I reached the hotel, the receptionist told me that if I wanted to check in early, I would have to pay an additional fee equal to about 50% of the room rate. I could not afford that extra charge. After discussing the situation for a while, I asked if they could contact the hotel manager. Eventually, the receptionist said that I could stay in the room for the time being, but she could not make the final decision until the manager arrived at around 8:30 a.m. I agreed and stayed in the room. At about 8:30 a.m., I went back to the front desk and met a very friendly young woman named Gaukhar, who spoke excellent English. After I explained my situation, she kindly told me that I would not have to pay the early check-in fee and warmly invited me to enjoy breakfast. Her attitude was professional, courteous, and genuinely welcoming. At first, I assumed she was the hotel manager, but I later learned that she was not. It seemed that she had already discussed my situation with the manager before speaking with me. Because of this positive experience, I decided to extend my stay for another night, making my total stay two nights. Overall, I was very satisfied with Hotel Voyage. The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the hot and cold water both had excellent pressure, and the room was equipped with a safety deposit box and everything I needed. Every member of the staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast was also clean, fresh, and enjoyable. I can confidently recommend Hotel Voyage to anyone visiting Almaty. I do not think you will regret staying here. If I return to Almaty in the future, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Yongzhong Danzeng from Tibet 🙏"

I picked this old hotel near the airport for a late check-in and a quick nap. I slept until after 10 AM, then checked out to explore the city for the day. Getting a taxi from the hotel to the city center was very convenient."

"Nice reception staff, clean room, but we encountered an unknown person mistakenly entered to our room while I was having shower, finally i was told that the locking system of ground floor is under maintenance, therefore everyone staying on the ground floor is holding a common key card which may enter to each rooms on the ground floor, which is totally unacceptable and nonsense, the point of nonsense is the reception staff thinks it is not a problem, I highly recommend training has to be given to the staff to raise the sense of privacy and security, and the standard handling procedures, the customer who mistakenly entered to my room almost see my nude, please take necessary action immediately!"

"A really warm, beautiful and safe place. The rooms are nice, not too small or too big. It has everything, except for the lack of a bidet in the bathroom. There is a fridge, a water heater, an air conditioner, and a heater. The breakfast is a bit weak, and you will find some of the food we don't know the name of and it is delicious. So I had a cake, salad, and croissant. You can also ask them to make eggs for you."
