It can only be said that the conditions of Rixos in Almaty are much worse than before! I didn't see the smiling service from the front desk staff. The lady's face stretched two feet long... The various facilities in the room are seriously aging and some of the lights don't work. Except for a luggage boy, all the service staff I come into contact with are like turtles. , and even slower
