"Our 2 nights stay in this hotel is pretty good, location is also very convenient. Just 5mins walk to a 24hrs supermarket, Almaly subway Pubs and some eatery like Rumi which is their popular local food chain. Rooms are comfortable, toilet is clean n new, breakfasts is pretty good. Just a bit disappointed because i stated during my booking that it is my wedding anniversary trip, so usually Hotels will arrange something for us but this hotel totally ignored my request, not even any wishes from the hotel. By far the first we experienced with no arrangements. Their lobby is also quite dim, not well lighted n not so lively. Overall still not a bad stay"

Amazing
YYigeliulangzhongde BugFacilities: Very good. The room type is clearly marked and the private bathroom is even better.
Hygiene: The hygiene is also good. The maid cooked a good breakfast.
Environment: The location is pretty good. The only drawback is that we don’t know the local language. I was asked to ride an electric donkey to find a hotel. I went around and came back again. Haha.
Service: We are northerners. There is nothing to say. It’s great.
ps Being alone in a foreign land is like being a stranger. 🈶️For Chinese people, a place is a home. It’s much better than staying in a hotel with communication problems.
GGuest UserA perfect place to stay in Almaty. Location is not far from many landmark such as the cathedral, green bazaar, and Kok Tobe. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the shared bathrooms were also good. The owner was very helpful in letting us park there and giving us help and suggestions. Would stay here again!
GGuest UserA beautiful hotel conveniently located near the airport. It was clean, and the linens were lovely – great bedding and towels. There wasn't a kettle in the room, but there's a coffee shop right next to the hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good. Trip.com mentioned a buffet, but it was actually served as individual portions: milky rice porridge, scrambled eggs, ham, and vegetables. You could grab pastries and make coffee or tea at the counter. If I return, I'd definitely choose this hotel again.
AAmara ChutnaiFirst room was smell bad of smoke even though my booking was non smoking room . They gave me other room was good after i complained. I think hotels used to give worst room who booked through trip.com . It happened in my previous trip in Bali.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a villa in a wealthy area. There is no sign. It is low-key. I arrived at night and thought I was mistaken. I woke up the next day and found a different world. It was nice to drink tea, chat and exercise in the yard. The bathroom in the room is not together, which is a little inconvenient, but it eliminates the odor that is easy to produce. The proprietress is amiable and the hygiene is very clean. It feels like home. It is a hotel worth recommending.
GGuest UserThe room was spacious, but the AC was a bit weak. The amenities were pretty standard, and while it looked decent, the overall quality felt a little lacking. Of course, it was better than the 4-star hotel we stayed at in Almaty the day before, which cost 685 tenge. At least this place was 100 tenge cheaper, allowed credit card payments, and even had a kettle. The bathroom facilities were good. However, since no slippers were provided, I couldn't take a shower, which was quite uncomfortable. This was one of the four places I regret staying at during my first trip to Almaty.
DDoc BokFairly close to the center. It can be convenient if you learn how to use the buses. The room is a nice size with lots of space. The ”double bed” is really just twin beds pushed together. They are hard so can be uncomfortable to sleep on. The beds don't come with blankets, only a sheet. Since there is no aircon, and only a fan, the room gets quite hot. On the last week I was here my card kept getting deactivated, so I was forced to go to reception every day to reactivate it.
