"The room was exactly as described. For the location, you can show the taxi driver the address written in Kazakh on the 'directions card' to find it. The owner is Chinese, so they can help with many things, which was great. Unfortunately, we missed the 8-9 AM breakfast. The biggest advantage here is definitely its proximity to the airport, especially for early morning or late night flights – you can get there in twenty minutes without traffic. The front desk has bottled water you can take to boil and drink. It's pretty similar to hotels near airports in China. Just a heads up, the hotel is on the second floor and there's no elevator, so you'll need to carry your luggage up."

"I had an excellent experience at Renion City Hotel, and honestly, it was better than I expected 🏨✨ The hotel was extremely clean, well organized, and very comfortable. Everything felt fresh and well maintained, which made my stay very enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful 😊 They were always polite and welcoming, and their service made the whole experience even more pleasant. One thing that really surprised me was the modern features in the room. There was even a wireless charger next to the bed, which made it very convenient to charge my phone using MagSafe 📱⚡ This kind of detail shows how much attention they pay to guest comfort. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the chance to try the restaurant food, but based on the overall quality of the hotel, I believe the food must be very good as well. Overall, this was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Everything was lovely, very clean, comfortable, and well managed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Almaty 🏨✨"

"Came to Almaty for the first time during the Qingming Festival for a 'special forces' trip (meaning a fast-paced, action-packed trip). Getting a taxi from the airport to the hotel was very convenient. The front desk staff spoke fluent English and asked if it was my first time visiting, recommending nearby attractions. The room itself wasn't too old, though I personally dislike carpets. The bathroom was large, but the shower floor was a bit slippery, so you need to be careful. It was very quiet at night, and while the bed was small, it was comfortable enough. I highly recommend the hotel's breakfast buffet – it was an unexpected delight! The selection was rich, and the food was delicious, providing plenty of energy before heading to the snowy mountains."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, both at the front desk and during breakfast. Housekeeping was fantastic; they consistently replenished slippers and dental amenities. Since I was traveling alone, they provided two bottles of fresh water daily. A bathrobe was also included. Breakfast offered a good variety, and everything was delicious. They even had national sweets, which was a nice touch. I tried the spa and jacuzzi. Overall, it was okay, but the jacuzzi water was heavily chlorinated, leaving my hands very dry afterward. There was no hand cream in the room, which would have been a great addition. While the hotel isn't right in the city center, the location is still convenient. It's a 10-minute walk to the metro station, and Arbat Street, a popular pedestrian street, is nearby."

There's also a small supermarket right across the street, which is super handy for shopping. The breakfast was quite good; I especially liked the chive buns and even got to have rice. The fruit wasn't very sweet, and the stir-fried dishes were generally on the blander side. The environment was pretty clean, but there were a few minor flaws. Free bottled water was a big plus! The front desk staff and owners were all very nice."

"I stayed at the Milanium Hotel and was very pleased. The hotel is new, and the rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff are polite and quick to help with any questions. Breakfasts are delicious and filling, and I especially liked the choice between English and continental options. The room had everything necessary, including bathrobes and good amenities. There are shops and cafes nearby, and the metro is quite quick to get to. The downsides were that it could sometimes be noisy in the evening, and the Wi-Fi wasn't always fast, but overall, my impressions are very good, and I would happily stay again."

The snow scene of Tianshan Mountain outside the window is a very special part of this place. Living in such a house and watching the snowy mountains does make people feel a short break from the daily rhythm. Some moments remind me of the quiet, calm atmosphere of some mountain cities in Europe, and even a little Swiss feel. For me, good accommodation is not only the hardware conditions, but also the overall experience, the temperature of people and people, and whether this place has its own temperament. It happens to be here. It is recommended."

"A beautiful hotel conveniently located near the airport. It was clean, and the linens were lovely – great bedding and towels. There wasn't a kettle in the room, but there's a coffee shop right next to the hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good. Trip.com mentioned a buffet, but it was actually served as individual portions: milky rice porridge, scrambled eggs, ham, and vegetables. You could grab pastries and make coffee or tea at the counter. If I return, I'd definitely choose this hotel again."

Its location is super convenient, just a few minutes' drive from landmarks like the Ascension Cathedral, and about a 30-minute taxi ride to the airport. Plus, they offer free parking. The rooms are clean and tidy, with free WiFi throughout. The Western-style buffet breakfast has a great variety, and kids under 17 eat for free. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming, and check-in/check-out is quick and efficient. Having a restaurant and bar on-site is really handy. The standard rooms are a bit compact, so upgrading to a suite for a better view is worth the extra cost. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations!"
