The facilities are a bit old. In particular, the TV and air conditioner were not very good.
The location wasn't bad as it was close to Form, a large shopping mall. The morning was okay.

Reception staff hardly can speak English. Rooms are small and carpets are bad. Breakfast is same every day. No kettle in the room to make tea/coffee even thou they say its 4 star hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. The rooms are also ok, warm inside so it's nice to unwind. The bathroom is clean and the water is very warm. If I go on holiday to Almaty again I will stay here again
