When I came back in the evening, he said that he had contacted me and that a car would pick you up at 8:00 tomorrow in front of the hotel for 30,000 KZT per person. To deceive us, we asked another young guy at the hotel (his name on the badge was Abylkhaiyr, we were very grateful to him) and asked him to call us a car using Yandex, but it only cost 2000KZT! Kairat, the hotel employee, is so crazy. He exploits guests so much. He must be crazy to make money! This kind of behavior from such employees brings disgrace to the entire hotel!
