Anonymous UserI had a pleasant 4.5 nights stay with them! Room is huge and the is comfy! The room had a washing machine, so it made laundry seamless! Location is fine as long as you book thru Yandex. Sadly, only the cafe needs more work.. Many breakfast items were not available & the kitchen staff took too long preparing a simple meal. Hope you can look into it & make this hotel 5* standard! Thank you once again!

berezhnoysergey«Excellent apartment with a great view and a caring host!»
We stayed in this complex (Raiymbek district), and everything was perfect. The host explained everything very thoroughly and clearly: she sent us the PIN codes for all the doors, the geolocation, and the Wi-Fi passwords. Check-in was smooth, even with the language barrier – she communicated in both Russian and English.
Apartment 120-2 (12th floor) is amazing! The view from the window is stunning, everything is very clean, and it has a modern renovation. The bed is comfortable, and the air conditioning works. Overall, the stay was very comfortable, and you feel safe (intercoms, codes). I will definitely come back!

AMIT KAILAS KASLIWALThe check in was smooth even though in the middle of night. The owner provided a short video on WhatsApp guiding to the entrance. All provided equipment worked fine. We had few major concerns - No water was provided, or so we thought at obvious initial glance, however in later days we saw one container kept alongside cleaning utilities which we were not sure, hence chose not to use. No daily cleaning service or refreshing daily utilities was provided eventhough we stayed for 5 nights. The host said it will be a paid one, a free single cleaning service will be available after 1 week of stay. On the last day of check out, he asked us to dispose off the trash in a nearby public trash bin which we did, but this is a bit unusual at least for us. During the stay for 5 nights, the host did not s
ask if any concern at least for courtesy.
There were extra bedsheets on the cloth drying rack but with a warning note not to use them as they were meant for next guest and if disturbed will attract charges - with no place for us to use the rack for our daily purpose. Why keep those in the studio then? Could have kept in another storage. Other than that the location is close to the center and the view from the window is nice. Overall 3/5 stars, losing only for the service issues we had.

Guest UserWe stayed in two double rooms at the hotel, and overall, our impression was mixed. The location is quite convenient: the airport is a 25-minute taxi ride away, and there's a park, a zoo, and a cable car to Koktebel nearby. Plus, there are many cafes just a block from the hotel. The hotel itself is new and clean, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, featuring a sofa, a coffee table, and air conditioning. Each room has everything you need except a refrigerator – there's a water cooler, a couple of tea bags, 3-in-1 coffee, shampoo, shower gel, and a dental kit. The small, enclosed courtyard with a glass table and chairs adds a nice touch of coziness.
However, the service was a significant letdown. Rooms aren't cleaned while guests are staying, and breakfast was a real disappointment. The selection was meager, and often there wasn't enough food for all guests. On the first day, there were only a few spoonfuls of porridge, two boiled eggs, a small amount of cheese, and some sliced vegetables – not even bread or butter. We had to ask the reception to cut more cheese and bread. Given that there were four of us, the lack of food was particularly noticeable. The situation repeated on the second day: there was only enough porridge for three out of four of us, and those who came after us got nothing. For drinks, only tea was available; there were no pastries, yogurts, or coffee.
Another major drawback was the noise in the courtyard in the evenings. Staff's children were constantly running, playing, and riding bikes there, making it impossible to sit quietly at a table, work, or talk on the phone. It seems like the hotel is a family business, and the relaxation area has essentially turned into a playground. In conclusion, the hotel is a viable option for accommodation, but it's best to book without breakfast. The owners should seriously consider improving their service and guest comfort.

z3rves26The hotel is located in a wonderful, quiet area with spacious garden grounds that create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The main reception building is where breakfast is served. Forget breakfast if you're not into Chinese breaksfast of usually boiled eggs, not fried or scrambled.
The property has charming log cabin-style accommodations that look visually appealing and add character to the stay. Unfortunately, these buildings seem to lack proper maintenance. The interior could benefit from more thorough cleaning, as there was a noticeable smell of dust and musty carpeting, and it appeared that the carpets had not been properly vacuumed.
It’s a pity because the cabins have great potential. With better upkeep, deeper cleaning, and perhaps replacing or updating the old carpeting, this hotel could offer an even more enjoyable experience. The creaky stairwell, rather than being a drawback, actually adds to the rustic charm. With a little more care, this property could truly shine.

The room is clean and dry, quiet and cool at night, and it is easy to fall asleep quickly. You can make reservations for meals, and the service is very thoughtful. The proprietress helped me arrange everything that the guests didn't expect. She was warm and welcoming like a family member, luxurious and family-like. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Almaty in the future. It feels like home.

The place was only ok. First, they ask for a deposit when you arrive which does not make sense, we never get asked for deposits anywhere else. The room itself is not an apartment as advertised, does not have even a knife in the room (does not have plates, does not have anything to wash any dishes, no washing machine). They should not advertise themselves as apartments when its just a room they give. No blackout curtains like they say in the description. We also booked it because we thought we had a desk in the room (no desk but they agreed to give is a different room). No mountain view anywhere. They exaggerate what they offer. Also, breakfast was very poor, very greasy and very little option. Stayed there for 6 nights and they ran out of coffee on the 3rd day and did not get more after (we asked everyday and said yes to tomorrow but never happened). Staff does not speak english, some make no effort to translate either and we had to get the app ourselves to translate. Disappointed. Place also looks like low effort, tiles very cracked, no air vents in the bathroom (smells bad after a shower from all the water inside)

Orawan H.Good location, convenient for travel, close to bus stops and the subway. It's a small, rather old hotel, but reasonably convenient for a 2-star rating. However, the hotel name isn't in English, it's in Kazakh, which can be a bit confusing.

Kevin-SchmidtThis place was all right, but definitely missing some key things. Pros: close to everything with a CU and mini market around the corner. Scandalista bar and restaurant next door makes awesome cocktails (food was okay as well).
Cons: TV didn't seem to work (took me about 20 minutes to make it functional). Toilet stopped flushing at some point, so I went to call the front desk, only to discover that the room phone didn't work 😂. Housekeeping ”cleaned” the room, but only cleaned the toilet after a special request.
Overall, if you're on a tight budget, I think the room was fine for the money, but if you're willing/able to spend a bit more, I'd recommend going somewhere else for a stay in Almaty.
