Can I say this is the best hotel I stayed in Kazakhstan? There are almost no traffic lights on the entire road from the airport to the hotel. Although it is a bit far from the airport. The staff try their best. You feel attentive and have a great attitude towards work. Responsive, the room is clean, always tidy. The food in the restaurant in the evening and for breakfast is delicious. They try to make our vacation a vacation. It was our first visit in Kazakhstan. We stayed one week at Garden Park Inn Hotel. Very good and comfortable hotel. About 15 min walk to Baikonur Metro station. Opposite the park. Large, comfortable rooms. Tea/coffee facilities - electric kettle in the room. Serviced every day. Very large selection for breakfast. Halal foods if anyone want. Generally very tasty breakfast. Hotel offers transfer from the Almaty Airport. Staff very friendly and helpful. There were some misunderstandings at the reception, due to language barrier - not every receptionist speaks fluent English - but it was ok. Very friendly staff at the bar - Kazakh brandy was perfect. During our next planned visit to Kazakhstan we definitely will stay at this Hotel.

We booked a room at *********** two weeks before arrival. However, at the hotel itself they told us that there were no rooms available. In return they offered a room with 2 times worse conditions! The evening was ruined. The guy at the reception apologized, but did not try to understand the issue in detail. If the hotel positions itself as 4 stars, then such problems should not exist at all. I give it 1/5, it’s a pity there is no zero

Nice clean room, very polite and friendly staff. Still there is something to be improved: card has stopped functioning once (could not open the door) and twice didn't turn on the electricity (it starts when you insert the card inside the cardholder in your room). Also there were some troubles to print out the invoice correctly and find the payment for prolongation of our stay. Good location, 10 minutes walking to the underground. Good breakfast served: fresh fruits and wide range of desserts.

The hotel in the center of Almaty, modern and cozy, has its own SPA with a swimming pool and a Finnish sauna. The rooms are equipped with everything you need - bathrobes, slippers, tea set. The bathroom has gel, shampoo, teeth cleaning kit, and a cap. I couldn't find a hairdryer. The furniture is all new, the hotel provides laundry and ironing services. The staff is polite and helpful. There was a problem with the lock, it was resolved quickly. 3 bottles of water are provided in the room daily. Breakfast is varied. There are fresh fruits from the greengrocer.

It's comfortable to sleep here and there are good breakfasts in the morning. The rooms, in general, are not annoying. Service is a complete finish.
