Facilities: Very ordinary, standard for a normal express hotel. There is no gym, and due to hygiene issues, I don’t dare to go to the swimming pool. Sound insulation is average
Cleanliness: This is the first time I have been to such a dirty hotel since I was a child. There were lots of hair from former customers on the bed on the floor. The cleaning staff doesn't clean everything every day, and they give you a random quilt.
Environment: The environment is okay. There is a McDonald's nearby. It is located in the city center and it is convenient to go to nearby places. The room is relatively high and has a good view.
Service: The English at the front desk is very poor. It is not recommended for people who do not speak Russian. Compared with any Almaty I have stayed in before, the breakfast has very few varieties and nothing to eat. When I asked for a double bed room, I asked them to put two beds together...a ridiculous operation.
Generally speaking, the service is not timely and inconvenient, the environment is very average, and the hygiene is very poor. If you have enough funds, it is recommended that you stay in other hotels

Worst ever hotel in my life! Dirty,cold,rude staff, no English!! People there talk Chinese better than their own language! Breakfast is very dangerous, eggs too old ,spoiled cheese and fruits. Light was off many times! Our group were very disappointed! Never even think to go there.

The room has no windows, no natural light at all, not a room, it turns out to be a bunker or a basement! I asked to be moved, they promised to move my suitcase to a room with a window the next day while I was at the exhibition, I packed my suitcase, but they didn’t move me to another room, saying that they had already booked everything for a month, although there are so many 14 floors I didn’t see any people in the hotel!
