Never a five star hotel
Souless, dated and rooms have zero soundproofing.
Worst thing was half a weeks laundry cost $80 to do!! Daylight robbery.
Overall it was fine, but nothing special.

Our hotel stay was amazing. Very helpful front desk and hotel staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Many of the staff spoke English and were very helpful on local information and suggestions. Housekeeping staff were there every morning and supplied water, tea and coffee to our room. Our original stay was for 7 days but we had to extend our stay twice, and the hotel staff took care of everything. We had the breakfast buffet every morning and were very pleased with the food selections. We will stay here again whenever we return to Almaty!

Really liked this hotel in Almaty. The breakfast was great. Rooms were really bright, very clean and spacious. Staff was super helpful. Overall it was perfect and no complaints whatsoever. Will stay again if I’m ever back in Almaty.

The hoteliers are friendly and the rooms are kept clean. Next time I visit Almaty again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. The only regret is that I left my baggage at the hotel, but there was no separate storage room, so I kept it next to the front desk. Like other hotels, it would be nice to store luggage in the storage room and give luggage tags to customers to manage them safely. But you don't have to worry about losing your luggage or not.

We stayed at this hotel for six nights in an Executive Suite room. The room is very large, with excellent furnishings and amenities. Reception staff very kind and always ready to satisfy every request. A particular mention to Manager Vagiz for his availability and friendliness. We recommend it! In fact, having to return to Almaty, we decided to confirm the same hotel before leaving.
