以下都是本人當天入住酒店拍的真實圖片和視頻，當天入住的是房間二樓27。一，酒店位置：阿拉木圖交通方便，公交車可以到達。二，酒店的設施自己看一下圖片是當天入住拍的。1，床品和布草看圖。2，有一次性拖鞋提供。3，房間設施：有吹風機。4，酒店裝修：自己看圖。5，洗手間：不是乾濕分離。三，酒店服務人員：個人覺得很有服務意識，入住期間挺蠻意的。四，酒店的圖片與實際入住的房間圖片相符。

Отель супер, кухня отличная, приготовлено млюбовью. В номерах чисто и аккурптно. Администраторы и весь персонал очень приветливые и отзывчивые люди. Если в Алматы, то только в Казахафильм! Рекомендую. Так-же очень классно придумана веранда на улице, приятно покушать и провести время работая с ноутбуком под семью деревьев.

Ужасный отель. грязные номера,постель в дырках,грязное постельное белье,полотенца грязные,сломанный душ,по углам плесень,пауки,дырки в стенах,тумбочках,дырка в ванне,тело в зуде,плохой интернет,дырки в полу,ржавая ванна..

Гостиница не понравилась. Номера старые, телевизор 20го века, уборка номеров производят не каждый день. Завтрак который входит в стоимость номера ни о чем, каждый день одно и то же и порция маленькая. Нет разнобразие бесплатного завтрака. Больше туда не заселюсь. Персонал приветливые

Понравился отель - небольшой и очень уютный. Очень порадовал ресторан при отеле, кухня очень вкусная, цены бюджетные. В номере есть все для комфортного проживания. Персонал очень вежливый, помогли решить вопрос с транспортом.
