It is not a good place to stay.it doesn't worth the price.not good,not recommend.

The hotel looks very beautiful, expensive, rich from the outside. But inside...I wouldn't say it's really good. The furniture is old, the atmosphere is a little depressing, overall everything was good

Convenient travel, good hotel environment, first choice for business travel

There is nothing to eat. Soundproofing. It seems like sleeping with the person next door I heard snoring, and there were people smoking in the hotel room. Worst, really hard to recommend.

Environment: There is a river next to it, generally OK Hygiene: It is relatively clean, but the cleaning is too slow. I hung up the cleaning sign when I went out in the morning, and I only started cleaning when I came back in the afternoon Facilities: The wifi is too bad, there is no wifi signal in many rooms, after changing several rooms, there is still only one signal Service: The guy at the front desk always looks downcast, not knowing who it is for. I arrived at the hotel at night and wanted to rest early, but there was no wifi. Asked to help change the room, said to wait for five minutes, but there was no response after waiting for more than ten minutes, forcing me to get angry in person before changing, and then changed to a room that still had no signal. The next morning, a friendly waitress changed to a room with a better signal.

Positive - Spacious and clean room - Nice music during breakfast - Not bad wifi speed at 20 Mbps but in the evenings it’s not enough for work and calls Negative - Elevators make a terrible booming sounds that start at 5am and end at 11pm - It’s very slippery in a bathroom - They have a kettle but to use it you have to go to the bedside as sockets are only there - The average breakfast with a bad coffee - The view from the windows is terrible - Located in the poor neighbourhood

We had never travelled to Kazakhstan and had no idea of what to expect. The hotel was very nice and the room was clean. The bedroom was a very nice size and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom facilities were also very good. Our overall experience was positive.

The Plaza Hotel is clean and comfortable about 35-40 minutes from the airport. The room had the usual amenities and included a kettle. The buffet breakfast was adequate. There is not a lot around the hotel so be prepared to taxi.

The Hotel is a 30 minute, pleasant ride by Coach. It overlooks a canal. Reception was efficient and personnel, very courteous and helpful. The double room was clean with snow clad mountain views. We request cleaners to do a thorough job cleaning the floor of the toilet as there were lots of hair from previous occupants on the floor mat. We further suggest that a rubber mat be provided in the shower as we found it, very slippery without one. Very good Breakfast. The metro can be accessed by following the canal to the right side. It takes about a good half an hour to reach it on foot. We used the Metro to visit the city. There are shops, including a small supermarket nearby where Maria and I bought a bottle of 'Kazakhstan Cognac". Very good and easy to drink. It cost us AUD 14! The brewery is also nearby, a sight for sore eyes for weary and thirsty Aussie travelers!

Great rooms, fabulous breakfast, good location. Friendly helpful staff.
