The location is convenient. The slippers in the room are quite thick, and the bedding is comfortable, which is great! I have my own shampoo, which is very good. The room was well arranged. Mingyue's service attitude is very good

Receptionist wasnt very freindly or helpful but apart from that a wonderful 2nd stay.
The breakfast lady is lovely freindly and helpful and more than helpful.

Staff was very help. I am not Dutch and had to make emergency phone calls. When the party I called answered in Dutch. I was in trouble till the staff desk translated for me. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The property was very dirty, did not smell good, bathroom did not drain water properly. Breakfast buffet was extremely limited and not worth the price. The cooks never took instructions properly with the omelet. Carpets were very dirty as well. Rooms had weird odors. Booked rooms together but are charged separately at the property.

Spent most of the day out- back to the hotel room in the evenings. Room spacious, bed comfortable.
Superficially clean.
It’s until we removed bed sheets we noted dirty topper.
Dust and mess behind bedside cabinets.
Arm chair with white stains.

If you look for hotel with gym on basic level: that’s the one. If you’re cross-fitter or exercise person in level expert- you might get disappointed. But 10 minutes walking distance- CrossFit and proper gym available 😀

Unfortunately our lights stopped working in the night.The phone to reception was also not working so we had to stay without lights.We were in room 121

The bald man on the reception was super rude. Very short answers and unhelpful. Not friendly at all, the rooms were barely clean the armchair in the room has white stains all over it. The aircon didn’t work so it was too hot to sleep on a night. So far from everything too which is rubbish.

Booking done for 3 people in one room but hotel neither informs customer nor *******, at the time of checkin asking for extra money for one more room, just looting money and terrible service to customers

My stay was terrible. The room was very cold when I arrived. I complained and asked for another room and was reluctantly given one which was also cold. When I complained again the clerk said that this was not his region and there was nothing he could do. I asked if he could call his Manager and he said no he couldn’t. I asked if he could call service and he said they had all gone home.
He was abrupt and had a bad attitude and I tried to explain to him that I was the one paying to stay at the hotel and the minimum I expected was a warm room.
The toilet bowl was also disgusting and stained.
