Hemos estado mi hija y yo 6 días y han sido las mejores vacaciones que hemos pasado hasta el momento. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias. Las instalaciones muy cuidadas. Los toboganes de la piscina un acierto para los niños y los adultos, la situación del hotel estupenda a 100 metros de la playa... Pero sin duda lo que ha hecho que nuestras vacaciones hayan sido insuperables ha sido el personal del hotel, desde recepción, limpieza, bar, mantenimiento, animación con Belén al frente y todo el personal del restaurante, haciendo especial referencia a nuestro camarero favorito Jesús, muy profesional y atento con nosotras. Sin duda volveremos el año que viene😉. Laura

Very good service we wanted to stay only one night, but this hotel had a lot of fun for people specially for kids, and we stayed 2 nights , good location good breakfast and good price for drinks we had good experience and we will be come back again

Hotel con buena ubicación, a 5 minutos caminando de la playa de San Cristóbal. Habitación amplia y cómoda. Personal muy amable y servicial. Desayunos (fue la opción que contratamos) con amplia variedad. Piscina agradable aunque en algunos momentos puede resultar pequeña para la cantidad de huéspedes. Actividades recreativas agradables y variadas cada día, especialmente buenas las actividades recreativas para los niños. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Es un buen hotel. Hemos estado una semana y hemos estado muy a gusto. Las habitaciones amplias y muy limpias, el buffet bueno, con mucha variedad y cenas temáticas. Muy buena atención del personal de sala, siempre me preguntaban si necesitaba algo para el bebé. Especial mención a David, Ana, María y Jesús que siempre tenian algún momento para dedicarle a mis hijos. Animación buena, gracias a Belén por la implicación para celebrar el cumple de mi hijo. Si tengo que poner alguna pega es que el suelo de la piscina resbala mucho y que ha habido momentos en que habia niños " mayorcitos" tirándose a lo bestia por el tobogán pequeño y los socorristas como si nada. En general, mi experiencia ha sido muy positiva. Sin duda creo que volveremos.

Lo pasamos muy bien durante toda la estancia.El personal sensacional,tanto los camareros como los de la recepción. Destacamos al equipo de animación,Maria José,Belén,Charlie y Manu que hicieron la estancia de nuestro hijo fantástica.También a los dos socorristas,siempre atentos a todo.No tenemos nada negativo que decir de nuestra estancia. En cuanto al hotel,bien situado,a un par de minutos de la playa andando y a quince de Almuñécar.

Excellent hôtel que l'on ne peut que recommander. Le personnel, de l'accueil au restaurant est au top, super disponible, toujours soucieux de ce qu'il peut faire pour satisfaire les clients. Les repas sont de qualité, variés et bien présentés. Les chambres sont assez grandes. Les services sont nombreux, piscine chauffée, sauna, bain turque, piscine, salle de gym sont propres et très bien entretenus. Hotel à fortement recommander.

Location of hotel is perfect go out the gate down the slope and you are on the beautiful beach of santo Tomas had a issue with the air conditioning in the room which took 2 visits to correct but give the hotel credit it was fixed which was surprising as this hotel is having a refurbishment and will be TUI Blue next season. Check in quick deposit for pool towels taken like alot of hotels,grounds are lovely spent alot of the time in garden area clean and tidy. Food ok but we are not fussy eaters the restaurant had no atmosphere more like a school or work canteen and the main issue with hotel is the tracing paper they call walls between rooms,during the refurbishment I hope the put in soundproofing as you can hear your neighbour's sneezing. We went all inclusive and had a reasonable selection of drinks but I feel the snacks should be covered to stop the large amount of flies landing on them needless to say we did not partake in snacks. Rooms tired and in words of estate agent compact with a large bathroom and adequate terrace.

Ya estuvimos años atrás y mantienen el liston miy alto pesé al tiempo lo tienen todo muy cuidado la piscina algo mas pequeña al haber incluido un tobogán pero esta bien, limpieza, buen trato y unas vistas increíbles, volveremos a repetir sin duda
