Pleasant stay and good service from the staff especially the receptionist by the name Liza.
Buffet breakfast was good and service was awesome.
Only one to say the TV receiver a bit dissapointing.

The hotel is quite ok. The receptionist is very frieny. The location is quite nearby to the city center. Very easy access to hot spot in Alor Star..

Swimming pool was a bit dirty. The hotel is very old with many old furniture. Location was good with many surrounding eateries.

Very strategic location near to aman central mall and dataran alor setar a lots chinese restaurant around the hotel. A bit dated room and bathroom for 3 nights staying the tv not working they provide buffet breakfast a simple one but tasty. What i really like is the aircond… cooling make u comfortable in this hot weather
