The hotel location was perfect. Near to Aman Central shopping mall. Hotel staffs were friendly. The room was valued for money.

The front desk receptioist welcome guest with pleasent smile and would explain the detail of hotel services.Thus she can introduce various visit places in Alor Star..She done a good work on her task.tq

nice, but Aircon only able working 4 hour, more than 4 hour, auto became HOTCON... On off few times

Very close to Aman Sentral Mall. The meals available for hotel customer is reasonably price and this meals is immediately made not available once I checked out. Weird practice.

Poor maintenance, aircond not well maintained. Steep slope down to the basement parking scratch the bottom of the car, everytime when we go in or out. Nothing fancy other than the location strategic

breakfast so so only , Porridge was cold, time about 7.30am, surppost just start BF time, very thing should be Hot or Warm overall ok, Front desk service was Nice & Friendly & Good services during check in **** is a Nice & pretty Malay Girl***** ( forget to ask her name ), give us Very Friendly and Warm WELCOME

good location, good customer service, clean and simple. Breakfast buffet has limited choices. Overall experience is good and happy
