The front desk staffs are efficient but only lack of some cheerful smiles. Location of hotel is superb as you easily find foods within walking distance and mall as well. Parking lot are limited especially durimg peak season. I hv to park my car at opposite hotel during the 1st night.

very strategic location. close to Aman Central, Alor Setar Tower and other Alor Setar attractions. Rooms are comfortable and clean. only the check in process is a bit slow. There is only 1 counter at the beginning which opens around 730pm-830pm. The parking area is in the basement although it is quite limited, you can park in the MBAS parking lot around the hotel
