My checkin was smooth and even early. The front desk was helpful and informative. My room was so nice and clean and very modern. My entire stay was really nice and very private. I’ll be booking again!

Lovely hotel across from Avalon. Comfortable, clean, inviting. Outside patio very nice in the evenings. Entire staff excellent. Shout out to Rosa who is an expert in everything I needed! I love the workout equipment in the room. Breakfast outstanding!!!

Extremely comfortable beds. This hotel is very clean and so was the fitness room. The breakfast on site was super fresh and delicious but the best part of the experience was Alberto who served us in the am - he has restored our confidence in TOP notch customer service and etiquette. We would book again just to experience his delightful, professional personality.

This unclean hotel was a nigh**are.
The staff at the front desk, rude and not helpful.the place had a smell, and the rooms were NOT clean.a plump, condescending employee at the lobby cared more about her conversation witj her friend than answering our questions. Rooms werent cleaned, the simply did the bed and kept all the sheets even when asked. Did not clean the bathroom, floors were not vacuumed. Disgusting shower.
That would be okay if they didnt charge 24 dollars per day to stay in their hotel. No comp, no warning. Pay or youll receive a ticket. Go to any hotel nearby.
If i could get my money back, i would. 0/10 if i could

Everything was great minus the pay to park. I was by myself and my hands were completely full while I was checking in. I saw the QR codes to scan to pay. I was just going to wait until I got up to my room and put my stuff done and then do the parking payment. Well, once I got to my room I didn’t know my license plate number. I wasn’t about to walk all the way back down, pay to park, walk out to my car and out the tag in my windshield…. It seems ridiculous to charge for parking in the suburbs. It’s also ridiculous to make you do a whole separate thing to pay for parking at check in when your hands are already full.
