"This was by far the BEST experience I have ever had with a Marriott! We had booked a different Marriott hotel for our family of 5 to stay in over the 4th of July for my son's baseball tournament. When we got to the original hotel it was a nightmare to put it kindly. I called the Marriott customer service number and was told there was nothing that they could do to help me. While on the verge of tears, I called this hotel and spoke to Jenel at the front desk. She was so kind and so helpful that she ended up saving our entire trip! This hotel is new and very clean and every single employee that worked there was very kind and attentive. Montrell Jackson the General Manager is absolutely incredible! He must have excellent leadership skills to create such an incredible environment! I cannot express how eternally grateful our family is that you saved our trip! Jenel is an absolute God send and Marriott is a better organization because of her! The location is ideal. You are so close to the Avalon shops and restaurants. We went over there every day and walked around. The hotel room was a 2 queen suite with pull out couch and had so much room even for a family of 5 (3 teenagers). It was so quiet we never heard another guest and the gym was great to get in quick workouts!"

"The hotel front desk will even pull down the roller gate at eleven o'clock to get off work, for us English three-legged cat people but encountered ** trouble. Fortunately, a cleaner showed up, she was getting ready to go home from work, helped make a phone call, and after waiting for nearly half an hour, the front desk service staff finally appeared. I booked and paid for the biggest and most expensive room price, but the front desk said there was only the last room, there was no room I booked, and we had no other choice at 12 midnight. The journey was tiring and fell asleep, leaving a message to the customer service, but after the trip, the contact result said that the room was correct. After staying two days and leaving, I saw that Journey asked me to take a photo of the room. I didn't have a photo, so I had to do it. However, when you think about the average hotel in the United States, you can’t expect anything good other than sleeping."

"This hotel is super good, the price is low, the environment is great, there is a park for running nearby, and it's not far to a big supermarket. There is a place to cook in the room, and the service is superb. The middle-aged woman at the front desk is warm and generous, with a bright smile. There were a few times when I didn't know how to use the induction cooker, and they patiently came to the room to help. The dining environment in the lobby is very nice, transparent, and large. After checking out, I can wait for friends in the lobby. If I didn't have to rush to San Francisco to meet friends, I would be willing to stay a few more days. I really like it."
