This is a really good hotel and really value for money. I am wondering what you are looking from one hotel...... wide room, good view, clean rooms, kindly staff and good price. So.....all the above you will find in this hotel. The location is little far from city centre, but you can afford this. All the others are just perfect!!!

Positive: A spacious room with a underground parking and free Negative: the hotel restaurant that makes a little too cantine at table level I find its fate not worth a 4* and also for breakfast where the glasses for water/ juice fruit are plastic do not do it for a 4*. Some tasks on the moquette in les corridors laisse à désirer... the beach 500 metres plutôt à vol d'oiseau car there is still a little bit to do whether it is in car or a foot and to finish better indicated the hotel from the underground parking Because we're quickly lost when we don't know

We stayed for three days in a Superior sea view, beautiful furnished room with simple elegance, large and light bathroom (with more than adequate shower) The hotel is a nice garden with a box and a balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful sea from the room. In the corridor, a generous dressing dresser with a very large cassette, perfect for the bigger tablets. It always cleanses absolutely unfair. Breakfast is quite different from the salad with eggs, bacon, quiches, fresh cheese and bells and for those who love the sweet a variety of cakes, fresh brioches to make with marmelade, honey or Nutella, pancakes, Macedonia of fruit, yoghurt and cereals. Personal always cozy and available, comfortable private parking and really appreciated the service of sea pads, fresh every day. The hotel has a very good quality of the beautiful sea view terrace and a pleasant evening aperitives served with a nicely well-presented and good quality stuff of fancy fat plants. Our expectations.

Room with simple furnishings, I might say a little dated in style, but comfortable and comfortable. All the comforts are needed: mini fridge, TV, air conditioning, etc... Some rooms have a balcony, quite wide and comfortable for small relaxing moments. Clean environment with timely cleaning of the rooms. Unfortunately, it does not offer (no longer) the restaurant service for lunch/ dinner, but it includes breakfast, but the range of which is quite basic with few proposals, especially with regard to salt. The strength of the structure is the location (a few minutes walk from the sea and the centre) and especially the gentleness of the staff, which makes you feel always welcome. The negative points for my experience are only the furniture not just ”in the same time” and the breakfast that, although there are no serious shortcomings, I expected was simply a little more rich and varied in the proposals. Structure I would probably still consider in the future if I had to return to Final Ligure.

Type of Stay: holiday with a friend Type of accommodation: small appartment with breakfast Dates: 01-09-2022 - 15-09-2022 Let me start with a huge and well deserved compliment to all the staff at Loano 2 Village who made us feel more than welcome during the entire stay and were very friendly at all times. I really feel sad that i feel compelled to write a less than favourable review for this holiday resort. I think it is important to know exactly what you get for your hard earned money, even more so during these more expensive times. Let me start with the online pictures of the resort. The actual resort looked nothing like the pictures that are placed online. Yes the buildings and the facilities were all there but imagine them with a less favourable filter. The whole resort looks like it could do with a serious make-over and not just a touch of paint here and there. All public areas are very clean. Everything looks very tidy but at the same time very outdated and not up to 4-star standards, The same goes for the appartments which are clean and fully equiped but in no way make you feel excited, The refridgerator in our appartment made so much noise that we had to switch it off at night just to be able to sleep. The elevator was very small and felt potentially unsafe and should not be used by more than one person ever, If you book an appartment please note that a change of bedding and towels and the cleaning of the appartment during your stay by the staf is not included in the service. Guests are expected to collect new bedding and towels from the on site launderette on designated days and timeslots. This service should absolutely be included for the price you pay. The food, in our case mainly the breakfast, was really not that great with the exception of the pizzeria which unfortunately closed for the season just a few days into our holiday. It was possible to book a rather expensive buffet at the on site restaurant in advance, but based on the breakfast and the menu's displayed in the foyer we opted for the local cuisine in Loano instead. Now it is important to mention the fact that it is a family resort. Important because it really is a great place for families with small children. Children will have a great time there guaranteed. The staff really does a great job at keeping the children entertained. And when the children are happy most parents are happy and willing to turn a blind eye to the higher costs, the lack of service and the overall look and feel of the place. Like i mentioned before i feel sorry for the staff but based on our recent stay i can not recommend this place especially not at this price point.
